This family pharmacy is not only TRUSTWORTHY, but they are genuine and sincere. I have always had a good experience at Cresskill Pharmacy and interacting with them is always a pleasure. When you are sick or need of medicine, it makes a huge difference to be greeted with a smile and a friendly face. I appreciate the personal touch this pharmacy offers and I highly recommend them to everyone. 👍

Everytime I needed a prescription and nobody else had it, this pharmacy always carried it. They always come through when I'm in a jam. I live right nearby and I'm happy to call them my pharmacy.

i dont usually take the time to write reviews, but this pharmacy has made my life so much easier. the owner took care of a problem i had with the insurance company and even offers a delivery/shipping service! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND

Every person that works at this pharmacy is truly great. They are so accommodating and truly care about their clients. They will even deliver your medication for a small fee and the delivery person is super friendly and will always check to make sure you’re available for your delivery. *THEY ALSO WILL FILL PRESCRIPTIONS FOR YOUR PETS AND DO PET COMPOUNDING MEDICATION!* truly an awesome shop and it’s always great to support your local businesses!

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy in United States of America. They lie all the time. They blame you for their mistakes. Everything is on their terms. Do not go here. They took my pills and swear they didn’t. There’s a worker there who took half of a pill along with more pills. And it’s never their fault. Will never use here again.

Our family review is long over due. Customers for years, Cresskill Pharmacy was highly recommended by our pediatricians as a solution to the repeated ( and frightening) mistakes made by the large chains. The same service provided years ago, remains today. They still deliver to your house, and will go above and beyond the normal, reminding us the value of a neighborhood business. They have tracked down impossible medications, or cut times more than half, when other chains say they cannot get something for a week, Cresskill will get it in a day. Recently, we needed to travel , internationally and domestic- back to back, in effort to bring our immediate our family members home. The covid 19, made it impossible for us to find any source of personal protection, not even hand sanitizer or wipes. I called Cresskill, hoping for the impossible, but it was too late and only reached a voicemail. To our surprise, loading the car for the airport the next day, I was shocked as Cresskill delivery driver pulled into our driveway, handing me a bag, containing personal protective gear, gloves, hand sanitizer, and antibacterial wipes. I was overwhelmed, having no doubt, the pharmacist gave me one or two of his own. How grateful we are, having recently learned, we tested negative for Covid-19. We credit our Cresskill pharmacist. Without the ability to wear PPE, wipe down xfer areas i.e. airline seats, tables, exposure in public places, doors, etc. in areas in Europe, just three weeks ago, no one was using masks, wipes, etc besides us. To date, those areas are on complete lockdown. We most likely would have tested positive, subjecting our current household from young adults to age 86, and on office environment with elderly and already ill co-workers. We encourage our community to support small neighborhood business (es) like Cresskill Pharmacy, who go out of their way, to find the impossible for you and your family.
