Everyone at the pharmacy is very kind, they always remember who you are, even when my husband goes to pick up my meds they ask for me and how I’m doing. Great people working at the pharmacy very helpful.

The pharmacy staff acts like they’re too busy to answer any question you have and you’re bothering them for having questions about your prescriptions. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to a different Cvs rather than waste your time and get treated like this here.

The reason why I am giving this store a two star rating is because the staff is nice but the party section was empty they literally barely had any items or inventory in stock and I need a lot of table cloths and they only had one left they had no more inventory in the back and when I got 4 packs of plates they couldn’t sell it to me because it was not in the system they were very nice about it but why bother selling stuff and having it on the shelf if you can’t sell it and no wonder there was dust on them because nobody purchased it or because the same person experienced the same thing that I had they party section was dirty and covered in dust and the product on the shelf was completely disorganized and not on the right spot of the prices of the shelves but I asked them what price was it and they were very nice about it when I asked them the insane thing was that they were selling a package of 8 plates for 5 dollars which is terrible and they were the cheaper square paper plates which I was about to get but didn’t but overall if you need something quick to buy items a good store if you are looking for party stuff don’t come to this location unless you don’t need to many items go to the dollar deal store in dumont but in a great location sarrounded by other stores

Calling them by phone is a frustrating experience. You are unable to talk to a real person, and their automated response system is almost worthless.

Since Carlos took over as Manager the Cresskill store is well stocked, cleaner, and cashiers more friendly. If he is in the store you often see him assisting team members or asking customers if they need help. It is a pleasure to shop there now, however, there have been 2 occasions where I found prices lower on the website vs in the store. Today the cashier made good on the lower price. The last time I did not find the scent I liked so I left the store without the item.

Good, clean store with helpful employees that will drop what they are doing to make sure you get what you need. Recently though I saw the manager speak very rudely and condescendingly to her employees,I think I heard her name is Donna? This made me feel uncomfortable as I felt like I was in the middle of some weird drama, and felt bad for the workers there.

It is shameful for a hug company like CVS to have ONLY ONE employee managing everything. I went in and had to look to find someone to help me. And when I did the poor man looked exhausted. He did his best to help but I am fuming! I hate going to CVS and will only go in if I’m desperate. SHAME ON YOU!

very disappointed. the Asian cashier that was working during closing hours on June 16th, 2024 was very annoyed and had a very low patience and kept on scolding us like a parent. very unprofessional.

Was ignored twice by the man working when trying to get his attention, and he would just walk away. Then went to self checkout because no one was at the register- two employees walked by me waiting at self checkout for my ID to be approved for cold medicine. Then the employees were talking to each other for 5 mins before I walked over to ask for help. The lady told me to wait, so I walked to back to my check out and waited 2 minutes for their conversation to be over before she walked over, didn’t check my ID, scanned her badge and told me to enter my own birthday.

The other day this wonderfully professional young lady greeted me near the entrance and asked if I needed help finding anything. My entire visit she made it her priority to give me the most optimal customer experience. Katy's smile was bright but her customer service was far brighter. She is the only reason to shop at CVS cresskill and it's in my opinion that she deserves a raise as she is genuine and cares about her job and her customers. 11/10 customer service
