The florist delivered a beautiful arrangement to my family but the flowers were not the color i expected. The were willing to replace the arrangement. Unfortunately, my family was not available to do the exchange. They then offered others options. Ive ordered from them for years and they never disappoint on quality and design execution. Guerrero’s flower shop let me know what colour of tulips they had available and instructed me to make a note in my order of what I’d prefer. I choose pink and white tulips for the arrangement a mentioned that my aunt was returning home today home after days in the hospital, so if they wanted to customise the arrangement however they liked to make my aunt’s day, they were more than welcome to ☺️ The store went above and beyond and incorporated other flowers (roses, lilies, beautiful greenery) and had the flowers delivered right before my aunt got home. “I’m a flight attendant on a private aircraft, I almost exclusively use Monsoon Flowers out of Teterborough. Today I had a pop-up flight, I called monsoon before they were even open, I left a message asking if the flowers could be delivered by 11:30 (they open at 10am) in the morning for a 12 o’clock departure. Not only were they accommodating, but the flowers are gorgeous as always! The Customer Service at monsoon is outstanding, I would never hesitate to recommend them for your Flower needs out of New Jersey!”
