“When we first found Joe Grato online, we were extremely early in our house search. We were looking for a pre-approval and decided to see what brokers had the best reviews and called a few. So you are probably reading this thinking, “Well, Joe seems nice and all, but mortgages are about the interest rate first and foremost.” The thing is, Joe got us an excellent rate and timed the market perfectly. So perfectly that the rates jumped the next day and haven’t returned to those levels since. You can’t expect anyone to time the market perfectly or know exactly when to strike, but in our case, we are so happy with the way things turned out. I can tell you this: I know he didn’t have to stay late in this office that night to lock in the rate, but he did because he puts his buyers first.

So maybe if another first-time buyer finds this, they will go with Joe and have the same amazing experience that we did. Going through closing is very stressful, but Mike and his team was always available. If they miss your call they'll return it asap. They will also give you access to their connections which was also amazing. You won't have to shop around for inspectors and appraisals. You don't have to use them but I did and the rates were really competitive. It's good to know that you have a great team to support and guide you through the entire process.
