We laughed when they found old Allied stickers which we determined from their style were not from 5 or 10 years ago but a move in 1999. “Yesterday, I had one of the best customer experiences I ever had living in New York City. I purchased a sofa and TV stand which needed immediate moving from the purchase place to my home all the way in Brooklyn.I searched around for moving places near me with high stars and great reviews. I saw AM-PM Super Movers perfectly fit that category.I called very last minute. An hour or so before the store closed. The dispatcher/representative was quick to respond, respectful, and accepted my offer for payment with the upmost appreciation.After confirming the payment and location of pickup, the movers were on the move. During rush hour traffic, I was nervous the movers would not make it in time before the place was closed at 5 PM.At exactly 4:58 PM, they showed up promptly ready to work. I can’t remember ever dealing with a more professional and caring company in my life.
From my initial inquiry through our move and even after, everyone in this firm was absolutely fantastic. The quote was fair and comprehensive - prices out to our new home and a storage location broken down and explained to me completely.
The quality of service was amazing. We had our move scheduled for a Monday morning, and the night before my mom had a stroke and I had to postpone at 9:30pm on a SUNDAY. Ron was so supportive and understanding. The reschedule was smooth and they made themselves available on my schedule.
Now, for the actual move, the 5 men who moved us were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Moving is (was) a LONG day and these men made it fun and a good experience. They went above and beyond.
Finally, I would be failing in my review if I didn’t mention Shakira (hope I spelled that right!) in the office. She is an absolute doll and so very good at her job. She was knowledgeable and so sweet.
I really can’t say enough positive things about this company.”
