Only one woman was there and went back and forth between the desk and patients with more than five patients waiting. (I requested to wait in my car and was texted they were ready for us and we still waited over 20 min). I made a pediatric appointment for my 22 month old baby and there was no one there to assist the woman. It took three tries and she had to call someone from another facility to come help her. Whole process took about an hour and they might not have gotten enough so we might have to do it again. It was an awful experience and very traumatic for me and my daughter who screamed and cried the whole time and for most of the rest of the day at home since her arms hurt from them digging around and sticking her multiple times. Not every place should do pediatric bloodwork. I wish they would be more upfront about this.

The one star is a an actual 0. The gentleman nurse before was an absolutely nice person. Never had a problem with him until this week, I had to get blood work done I come in there is a lady sitting (I am guessing that's Maria) with an attitude on her face. Mind you I haven't been in LabCorp for few months this lady doesn't even tell me that things changed like I had to sign in and she tells me with an attitude. Plus I didn't see a sign that says appointment only, so this facility is walk in and appointments acceptable, so don't know what her problem was. Again when someone comes in where is the hospitality and I have to trust this person to stick a niddle in my arm? I don't care if she had a fight with her husband or a chip on her shoulder her job as a nurse is making patients comfortable. I'm not coming back here ever again until you change nurses.

Go with an appointment and you will be seen without delay. The nurse who drew blood (I wish I could have gotten her name) was quick and efficient. I went twice and had good experience.

Maria was an absolute delight. She was able to draw my toddler’s labs quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be returning to this location. Maria was also the only employee on site, be sure to make an appointment.

Maria is wonderful, she was very efficient and only stuck me once! She made me feel very comfortable and the whole procedure was basically painless. No wait despite not having an appointment.

Only one person working at facility. They are doing everything. You have to wait forever.

This was the worst possible service ever. We had a quest diagnostics form and she said that they were unable to use it because it's not from LabCorp. I searched online and found out that LabCorp does accept forms not from there company. The person at the desk was too lazy in actually doing something.
