I recently took the Global Financial Training Program after a 20 year career in commercial lending at various banks. I was absolutely blown away by every aspect of this program. There are not enough superlatives in my vocabulary to give Phil and Erica and their company the props they deserve!They started day one by doing an amazing job of educating my classmates and I on lending 101 and the various loan programs available. I had very smart people in my class, but none of the other "students" had any experience in lending. To see their growth and level of understanding in one week was impressive and a testament to the educators. By the end of that first day, we jumped right into lender presentations. Over the next two days, they lined up one impressive lender after the next in incredibly efficient fashion, such that, after two days, we had met and learned from dozens of world class lenders. I was shocked at the variety of specialty loan programs out there and available to business owners at very fair rates and terms. The program not only makes those connections to a powerful network of lenders, they get you approved to do business with them from day one. On the last day, Phil and Erica teach an absolute master's class in marketing yourself as a lender and business professional. Even as someone who has been doing this my whole career, I was feverishly taking notes and came away with a number of excellent new strategies to go to market. Although I already felt like I had gotten an incredible return on my investment, they next unveiled my own website, which included a logo and a very professional and thorough content. They also provide social media support as far as setup and implementation and an initial disbursement of content.Overall, it was a life changing week for me. I already have several loans in the pipeline and am having very positive conversations with past clients and contacts. I am thrilled that, in one week, this program armed me with everything I needed to bet on myself and step out of corporate America, to improve the life of myself and my family. Although I feel incredibly well positioned as a career banker making this transition into brokerage, I feel 100% confident the other good people in my class were similarly armed for success by Phil, Erica, and the team at Global. Thank you sincerely for changing my life, and by proxy, those of my clients and the local (and national) business community I can't wait to support!

I’m impressed. Phil and Erica did a nice job with the program. They want everyone to succeed. They run a tight and professional ship. It’s very easy to communicate with them and nice to be able to call them directly. Our company was able to take what was taught, start marketing and close a deal within 2 weeks of graduation with suggestions from Phil and Erica. The deal was done working part time and put $5k back into our business. The best part was that we were able to help a business in distress. The lenders were extremely helpful and great to work with as well. Thanks GFTP!! We look forward to helping many more people and businesses.

The Global Financial Training program is well worth the time and the money. At the end of the program, you are fully setup and equipped with the knowledge and tools to begin marketing and closing deals.Global delivers on their promise of quality training and their reputation in the industry is well deserved. I highly recommend this program for anyone who is sincerely looking to improve the quality of their life.

Very detailed training. Phil was amazing in explaining all the details and the program provided all needed information that are needed to start a Commercial and a Business Loans company. Both of Erika and Katelyn were amazing too.The training was done through Zoom which was a much better idea than having it in person. The training came with a lot of great business ideas to start getting business right after training.They have also presented several good lenders that I was able to get loans closed through already.The most important thing is to show up to the training ready to go. Take notes and listen very carefully. Ask questions and once the training is done with, then take action the following day. Get your LLC and bank account taken care of before you even attend the training so you can focus on Sales after you are finished and go for it.One more impressive thing that I have experienced with dealing with Phil, is that after the training was done and when I needed some questions answered regarding some deals, I was able to get, he was so quick in emailing me back or calling me back to help me with my deals. Very Impressive.

My wife and I are so happy we chose the Global Financial Training Program to launch our alternative lending finance company. The training program is so comprehensive. Not only do they get you connected with over 35 different lending partners, they train you on how to market your company, the various lending programs you can offer your clients, and even build out your website. In addition to all this, the post training support has been key to our success. Phil, Erica, and their team are always available to answer any questions related to building and growing your business. They have helped us to create deal memos as well as create impactful LinkedIn posts, and everything in between.The Global Training Program was well worth the investment and we have recaptured our initial cost within the first 5 months

This group puts on a very organized training. Only part about it is that you will never get a loan to fund. My wife has sent in clients with above 750 credit scores, and willing to tie up equity in their own houses. (one example has $500k equity) and the groups they said they have great relationships with still found a way to turn them down for a Restaurant business purchase. Another for a loan to upgrade his landscaping business. This is a few of the examples but there are more than 10 of these examples. She is 0 for about 14 I think. Nothing against the group teaching their class, they are great and responsive but you'll never see your investment back. Great concept, just 0 backing.

This is the best business I've ever started. (Owned and sold 6 others.) Thank you Phil and Erica for your invaluable insights. You will get out of this what you put into it. Tenacity will determine your success. As for us, we landed 16 clients in our first month. Not everyone will close but, the ones that do will earn us about $150,000 in commission. This IS possible. But it doesn't come to you. You have to go out and get it. Took the class in September 2022
