You can never check your balance on the weekends. It is always down, I hate the fact that my direct deposit doesn't hit until the bank opens which is ridiculous!! Did I mention how much I hate this bank

If you are in to online banking this is not the bank for you. System is never up and running; always down. You would think there IT department would top notch. Would expect online issues from a mom and pop shop not the bank. Been over a week since I could check my history online; since it has been down for over a week and counting!

Would give zero if it was possible. Used to be a great institution when it was on the Chambers Works site. Was also still good after they moved offsite for many years. Now they are nothing more then another profit driven cash mongers. Thier banking is still late 90's early 2000's tech. The super friendly staff and loan department have long since retired. They do have competitive rates but unfortunately that's all. Anytime I try to conduct business anymore there are always roadblocks of seemingly senseless policies and bland snotty don't give a damn attitude customer service. The debt cards constantly double withdrawal at the atms and they could care less. Can't count how many times I've asked to speak with the branch manager and get hung up on. 9 times out of 10 the phones rings and nobody picks up. It's a shame the place turned into just another one of many banks around here.My kids get Xmas checks from family abroad in the mail and they refuse to deposit because my 8 and 13 year olds are not account holders?? These are some of the things they used to handle with zero issues. Gone are the days when they knew you by your first name. Even my parents after 30 some years decided they were not what they used to be. They seem to be dying with Chambers Works.

The people there have come a long way over the years. So nice and helpful. If there is a problem, always ready willing and able to assist. I would of gave them 5 starts, but when you get a direct deposit into your account. That deposit should be ready like all the other Banks over night after 12am. You always have to wait until they open to do any withdrawals or take out any money. It's like their on an old system from 1980. C'mon DWFCU step up your game.

Great experience with them. Online banking I have never had an issue with. It only took 15 minutes to get approved for my car loan and walked out 5 minutes later with my check. Thank you
