There is no attendant at storage facility. My first issued gate code didn’t work. My original gate code from my email didn’t work to create an account so my payment was late. It was my first payment & I asked to reverse late charge & Maria Lazzati wouldn’t do it despite the confusion.

Having utilized self-storage facilities from coast to coast over the last 30+ years, I truly have to say that my experience with Sentinel self-storage in Pennsville, New Jersey far outshines the rest. The ease of using the kiosk to lease my space was beyond remarkable. 10 minutes tops. And if you have the good fortune to interact with Maria you will know what true customer service is. An absolute joy. I would recommend Sentinel self-storage to anyone in need of storage space.
