This is the biggest scam I have ever seen, they over charge for everything, the people are extremely rude and won’t work with you they are there to scam you and take what you got they have zero consideration for anyone and will not negotiate what so ever. Stay away from calling if you are ever in an accident they will charge you over 1,000 for a tow and make up rates as they go along. STAY AWAY!

We took our 2024 Silverado to Rulyn's for damage caused by a deer. The initial insurance claim was estimated by photos we had submitted to Geico online. Needless to say the damage was more extensive than you could see in the photos. We thought we might get stuck with the original insurance settlement and would have to pay the difference, or we might be in for a fight with the insurance company. Not so! Rulyn's is used to dealing with this and just put in a supplement with our insurance company. We wanted to put this out there because in NJ you are not required to use your insurance company's recommended body shop. So if you look at their list and don't see anyone you're familiar with and like, do yourself a favor and go to Rulyn's Garage. Kate, Rudy and Dave were fantastic to deal with. The body work was excellent with a great color match and the work was completed ahead of schedule. We couldn't ask for a better experience! Many thanks to everyone involved in the whole process.

I can not express how amazing this experience was for me. I was dreading the whole renting and waiting for repairs and long waits to know what was happening with my car repairs. THAT WASN'T THE CASE!Rulyn's did everything they could to get me back in my car as quickly as possible. They were patient with every call I made, whether it was questions I had or even if I just asked where they were with my car repairs. It is so rare now adays to feel like a person and not simply a "job" and "income" to businesses. I definitely felt like a person there. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my car!

State police towed our vehicle there. Totally unprofessional attitude. When I mentioned I was coming to remove the vehicle off her premises she told me I owed her 895.44 for towing, recovery, storage, admin fees whinching, mileage etc.taxes. CASH or credit card only plus fees 3.6%. Refused to allow us access to remove items. Closed early when I said I was coming.

They overcharged me on a police tow by almost 800$When I called them out on the police contracted rates, the manager screamed in my face and became violent.After a few trips to the police department and multiple complaints to the city clerk, these con-artists had to refund me.hopefully the Manager or owner will read this.I gave you guys multiple chances to do what was right and honest.....Your dishonesty gives the legit honest people in the automotive industry a bad rap.

Don't go here for uber inspection these guys oversell u everything I mean they show uber inspection is only for $45 but they gonna charge u atleast $270 to $600 Even though everything is in good condition

they are scammers. they put 45 dollars charges for vehicle inspection on uber app. but they are just inviting customer with low rates. But when you go there they will ask you that your brake pads and router have to replace and it will charger you possibly 200 dollars. Not only in my case after reading so much reviews and my personal experience and heard from my friends. they says the same thing to every body. Then i said i do not need the brakes job. then they asked me to give them 20 dollars because he lifted my car up on machine and the machine costs 10000 dollars. even he just lifted my car for 30 seconds. BUT I DID NOT AGREED TO GIVE MY MONEY FOR NOTHING

SCAM !!! Uber inspection scam !!! They are cheap but remember they will never give you a certificate without asking you to change or repair anything. They told me my break doesn’t meet the SSC certificate and I went to Honda dealership straight from there. They checked my car and said the brakes and completely fine and doesn’t need any change. Got certificate from Canadian Tire then !!!

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I took my car in to have the heater core replaced. This is a list of problems that I had when I picked up my car after spending $800.00 dollars: - I had to get it cleaned inside - There was anti-freeze everywhere - The glove compartment was broken - The console was missing most of its screws - There are spaces where parts should go together -I had to buy new floor mats - There was grease and dirt everywhere - A screwdriver was used to pry off sections causing cuts and slits and gouges that cannot even be repaired (metal and plastic pieces were broke right off) - I had no air conditioning - Nothing was checked when the work was finished If you care at all about your car, you will never bring it to Niagara Auto and Truck!!!
