I had been told by a mechanic in my neighborhood that my car was basically ready to be towed home due to possible head gasket issues that i couldn’t afford to fix. Matt and his dad Bob were very kind to me and took note of what i was told and my thoughts on what we could possibly do. I really appreciate that, as cars are certainly not what I am versed in. They took the care to call me at work to update me and then explain to me what they had found when I returned for my car. They reassured me that at the moment, they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and that perhaps a mistake was made at the other shop. I had been freaking out over thinking my car was basically shot so I really appreciate that they took a careful look and were honest with me. Thank you!

My heater wasnt working. I saw i had no antifreeze. When my dad filled it, i drove for maybe 40 mins and when i looked...the antifreeze was almost gone. I was so worried about what it was and how much the issue would cost. So we dropped my car off at Loringers. Bob (the owner) called my dad and told him what he thought it was. But he also said that he called FC Kerbeck (where I bought my car) and got the general manager on the phone to ask how long I had left on my warrenty. Turns out I have just 2 weeks left and my water pump (which was the issue) is fully covered!!!! THAT IS UNHEARD OF FOR A MECHANIC TO DO. He saved me around $800 (not including labor) I am SO greatful my dad told me to take my car the Loringers. If I would've taken it to anywhere else, I would've never known about my warrenty covering the water pump. Loringers are honest and hard working mechanics. Now my mom is going to take her car there for all her oil changes because of how good they were to me. My dad's been going there for years.

I can’t recommend this place enough!! Last night my tires were going flat so I took my car to BP to use their air machine. Well it turns out both of my tires needed new air stems. Even though it was a few mins past closing, these amazing guys took my car in and fixed the issues for me right then and there!! They didn’t even charge me that much either! I was so grateful for their help!! They really saved my poor car when I was in a desperate situation.

They are wonderful mechanics! They know there stuff and give you a great deal. I highly recommend. We have gone here several times with our cars and they fixed them so well and you don’t wait long to get your car fixed which is a bonus. Great place !

A customer of over 17 years-and I don’t let anyone else touch my vehicles. They have worked on a wide array of model and make. From a Volvo-to an Acura-to GM trucks this place handles it all. Straight shooting, friendly service. I, also, only get my gas from here. State inspection is also a huge plus. They do it all here, and they do it well.

This is a garage that you can really trust when you bring your car in for repairs You should make an appointment before you bring your car in. This shows you how many people go to Latts garage for repairs. Let's face it it's not cheap to get your car repaired but that's a lot less than buying a new car. I've been here a number of times and I have friends that I've gone also and they have never been disappointed

Matt is extremely awesome! I came in a few days ago because Midas told me I needed new shocks on my car. When I came here, Matt told me I did not need new shocks. There were two other things that I needed for my car which he took care of. The fact that he and the other mechanics there were very honest about not needing new shocks truly shows that they care about their customers. Honesty is policy and I received that here. I strongly recommend
