“Jackie at Avalon Flooring is an absolute gem to work with for tile! From the start, her incredible eye for design is amazing. She helped me navigate colors and textures because I had no idea what would look good. Her customer service was outstanding—she listened carefully without ever making me feel pressured to buy. Throughout the entire process, her follow-up was prompt, thorough, and extraordinarily helpful. You can truly tell how much she loves what she does. If you are heading to Avalon Flooring for tile, do yourself a favor and ask for Jackie!”

“Lucisano has been supplying my company materials for a couple of years now on a continuous basis. I met their owner by happenstance of good timing and with my company being a nationwide provider, Chris took a chance at offering to source and ship my material to me whenever and wherever it was needed. The experience has been nothing short of a blessing. I can say that this company alone has helped my own to grow and excel by allowing a continuity in the supplies I use on every job and removed all stresses in relation to having the material I need when I need it. If you are looking for a company that is full of integrity, goes the extra mile for their customers, and to build a solid foundation with, I can't recommend the staff at Lucisano Brothers enough. I can't thank them and Chris enough for what they do for me and my business on a regular basis.”

“Do not go anywhere else for your construction/project needs. I have used Beacon for my siding, windows, etc. Ron and Jamie are great to deal with. When two slider windows came in with the incorrect design from the manufacturer, Ron took care of it for me without hesitation. I could not have asked for a more stress-free resolution. I will continue to use them in the future.”

“I was in search of 3 new exterior doors for my home. I went to the Malvern location and Warren happened to be working at that location that day but is typically based out of the Philly office. I had very specific criteria for the doors and previous sales people at Tague were unable to assist. Warren new what modifications could be made to the doors to meet my needs (matching wood brickmould for around the wooden front door, adding grids to two fiberglass doors in specific patterns). He was patient with my questions and requests and ultimately was able to help me specify and order the exact styles I desired and was extremely responsive. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Warren. If you need to order doors, reach out to Warren.”

“I only passed by this store but it came up on my Google review notifications. I can't give any personal fredback but I have heard good feedback from family and friends. Also I don't live in a house so not much reason to shop here unless I am with someone. This one is located at Bucks Crossing on Street Rd. Feasterville.”

“Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills.Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”

“Super friendly staff. I stopped in to try and get some broken windows replaced and they politely informed me that they couldn't handle my repair since my windows weren't their brand but researched a company that would and Set me up with them. They even showed me how my windows were built incorrectly and how the repair would be made. I suggest them for their customer service and honesty if you're in the market for new windows.”

“It is so refreshing to be helped by an employee/associate with such passion and positivity. Mikey assisted my family and I in the paint department this afternoon. That man deserves a raise! He was so insightful and knowledgeable and aided us in picking out the best supplies for furniture painting. He even engaged with our children, which he did not have to. He gave service above and beyond! Will be back when he is working.”

“Lately, due to COVID-19, this Lowe's has been exceptionally busy leading to long lines (today I waited over 30 minutes to make a return) and annoyed customer service representatives. While waiting in line to pick up an online order today, I witnessed Kim, a customer service representative belittle and disrespect customers. Between her negative attitude (I.e. saying "these customers can wait all day") and demanding comments, she was far from pleasant. I completely understand how stressful her job must be, especially given today's current environment, but it was quite frustrating to witness her treat people with disrespect. HOWEVER, there was a redeeming moment. Ed, another customer service went out of his way to assist me after seeing me disappointed after a portion of my online pick up order was missing. Ed was courteous and delightful to speak with. He also exhausted every resource to find my missing order and find a quick solution! Thank you so much Ed! I look forward to seeing you around during future visits.”
