I had the lovely pleasure of speaking to a young lady by the name of April. April had patience like a saint and because of my interaction with her, I, for the first time felt very comfortable renting storage space with your facility. I literally called her approximately five times with numerous questions and each time she was pleasant and a wealth of information. First impressions mean a lot to me. And if I could give her a rating of a 10+ I would definitely give it to her because her customer service skills are top-notch!!!

Tom Berardi was very helpful and stayed late to help me get a spot set up for my camper when I purchased my spot initially. They made it easy to get in and access spot and made it easy to cancel.
