“I had a fingerprinting appointment that started with a hitch because the company didn't send the code in my email. Jimmy stepped up right away and was so very helpful and genuinely friendly. He made sure I was able to complete the process correctly from beginning to end. I was very appreciative of his help.
While I was there, quite a few customers came in. Jimmy greeted all of them in a welcoming manner and seemed to know many by name. Clearly, he cares about the business and his customers. I was expecting a package (tracking #7400287136449) while I was on vacation. I contacted FedEx customer support several times to request a "vacation hold" to prevent the parcel from being delivered to an unattended location. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with (whose name I did not catch) informed me that only the shipper (Apple Corporation, in this case) could make such a request. Despite my arguments that a vacation hold would be mutually beneficial, the agent remained firm in their decision.
After several attempts to achieve a vacation hold, I gave up. Imagine my surprise when, after three failed delivery attempts, I received a call from a FedEx employee at the nearest to my place location. This employee, Michelle, kindly asked when I would be able to pick up my package. Her thoughtful and professional handling of the situation was greatly appreciated.
I am very grateful to Michelle for her assistance. I am unsure if her actions align with FedEx policies, but her decision was convenient, reasonable, and considerate. I kindly request recognition of her efforts and would appreciate being informed of any actions taken in this regard.
Additionally, I would like to suggest that placing parcels on vacation hold might be more practical, economical, and environmentally friendly than attempting multiple deliveries. This is not a rhetorical question; I would appreciate a response from the management on this matter.

“LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! I have been coming to Valley Pack 'N' Mail for many many years. I needed a PO Box, and was having issues actually getting my mail at the PO BOX I had thru the post office. If I receive something too big, or forget to go by and the mail builds up - a human being calls me - YES _ A HUMAN BEING. I asked for their help with a big mailing project for special events, and they were ALL IN! On occasion I need to send overseas and they are so very helpful in completing the required documentation so that the package is received (I've tried on my own - and the package gets stuck at customs because I didn't provide correct paperwork - SO FRUSTRATING!) SOOO very accommodating and always helpful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“My 13 year old son ordered shoes online, and he somehow put the wrong street number and name, but had the correct city, state, and zip ? Shoes were coming from across the world and made it to the local FedEx warehouse. We received a call and a text that it couldn't be delivered. I called, and they said I could pick up at the warehouse. I was concerned bc my son has a different name than me and only had a school ID, but they were able to verify both our identities/addresses and release the package vs sending it all the way back. The gentleman working was super chill - very kind and patient, and we were helped immediately.”
