“This is by far the BEST smoke shop in the area. They have the best selection of when it comes to anything and everything smoke shop related. It’s always clean and smells soooo good! They beat all competing shops prices BY FAR. But the best part of all is their customer service. Every employee in here is warm, friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. “Red Planet is my go to smoke shop! Great staff and great products! Recently I purchased a pack of Raw Etherial rolling papers from here. If i had to rate them i’d give them a 10/10. They’re some of the thinnest papers out there which allows you to get the full flavor of your smoke without the added taste of the paper itself! For being such thin papers they also burn surprisingly slow which is great! One thing I will say is the raw ethereal papers are probably not the best options for beginners who are just learning how to roll due to the papers being super thin and more delicate. If you have experience though, go take a trip to Red Planet and pick up a pack of the raw ethereal papers and try them out!”

“Great prices, great selection, with a very helpful wonderful staff. This is my go to place. They never rush me. The guy that works there is super professional and knowledgeable on his products. I have bought 2 vapes from here in the last 4 years they both still work to this day. If i ever got a bad pod which was rare or bad dispoasable he would let me return it for a replacement. On the rare occasion I did run into something stale, the staff was kind enough to open the replacement right in front of me to make sure it was fresh. Super helpful team, honest establishment, and they always have what I’m looking for!”

Simultaneously, there was two events indoors, Fernandez cigar promotion and sampling of spirits by Mermaid, hosted by the very accommodating Laura. I was assisted in my selections inside the walk-in humidor by Scott Atkinson, who posts very descriptive analysis of each spotlighted cigar on the company's Facebook page. I departed in a very blissful mood, clutching my purchased and complimentary cigars and liquors, happy to have made new friends and rekindled my friendship with the most affable and highly motivated owner of this chain of 19 fine establishments, Mr. Arthur Toll. A day very well spent. Highly recommended !!!”
“I went to cigar alley the other day to enjoy a cigar in the lounge. I really enjoyed the experience. Sam is a great guy and there is a great selection of cigars at reasonable prices. “I stopped into Churchill’s Tobacco shop because I had lived in the area and remembered it from years ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find the store is still open with a new (8 years) owner and has a nice variety of pipe tobacco in addition to cigars. It’s hard to find a good pipe tobacco store with a good selection to choose from and I found that as well as great prices. I ended up buying two types of tobacco and got a sample of the owners special blend (I think called Calypso). I left a happy camper and plan on returning to pick up more of the house blend when that is back in stock.”

I also appreciate that they don’t ask you to tip on vape transactions like most other shops do. :)”
“I am a cigar novice that asks a million questions. They've been awesome with answering the questions that I have. They also have a great selection of cigars. Their prices aren't super competitive with some of the deals you can find online, but I don't mind spending a little bit extra to support a local brick & mortar store. I haven't used their nice cigar lounge yet, but the atmosphere in there is always friendly, and it's not usually very crowded when I've been there. 5 stars all day.”
