AAA did a great job on my wife's laptop. She was having issues with the laptop taking several minutes to boot up and applications taking a long time to open. Jim from AAA discovered that there were several viruses and trojan horses on the laptop despite having an antivirus program on the laptop. Jim looked at the amount of RAM and recommended adding more. Jim also did an analysis to see if it was more cost effective to buy a new laptop versus fixing this one. After discussing this, we decided to fix the laptop. Jim cleaned everything out, installed a better antivirus software and upgraded the memory. The laptop is 1000 times better and my wife could not be happier. A few months before this I brought my laptop to AAA and Jim replaced the hard drive that had crashed.

I took a 17 inch laptop to be repaired at AAA. In a few days I had it back ( reasonably priced) and working great. No complaints or issues here.

The service that are provided are excellent, they are honest and they tell you up front of what the issues may be and once the issue is found they will give you your options so you can decide what to do. Friendly and will not try to scam you, when I encounter an issue they are my first choices. Thank you for your services AAA!

Needed to recover from startup loop,... 2 weeks with computer,... no help,... when asking about data recovery prices was lied to about thumb drive cost.... Jim then began screaming at me and not allowing me to inquire about cost of services. I teach computer tech,... deal with computer services all the time,... this was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Incompetent, unprofessional, price gouging, incredible amount of time to wait for computer back with no help at all. Please do not take your computer to this shop,... taking my computer back to York PA to get fixed,... they estimate half the cost and will have it done in 2 days. Can't believe the above positive reviews ... their prices are outrageous, and their customer service is rude and condescending.
