Staff unprofessional and double talked my wife and I. Suspiciously, 2 additional fake lines appeared on the account that were paying for without our knowledge. The store in Cinnaminson is awesome.

I was not happy with the store that I recently went to. I walked in, and there were two reps assisting customers. Neither one of them acknowledged me or greeted me. I stood there and waited 10 minutes before one became available. I was trading in my phone and buying accessories for my new iPhone, everything he sold me was wrong for the phone that I have and now I have to go out of my way all the way back to the store to exchange it.

I have been having an issue unlocking my daughter's paid off iPhone 13. I have made many, many calls to AT&T customer service AND technical support. No one was able to figure out why this phone would not unlock. Today, I went into the Delran AT&T store and was FINALLY helped by Jeremy. Jeremy took all the time needed and figured out a process to unlock my daughter's phone, walking her through the steps she needed to take (she is in England, and the phone is with her), and doing his part from the AT&T side. This young man was very polite, helpful and impressive. He found the answer to this problem, when even technical support was unable to do so. Thank you Jeremy!!

Location is Fairview in Riverside, NJ and the Manager DJ was awesome!!! He was extremely helpful and guided us through everything we requested. All the while answering every question with respect and ease. Highly recommend working with this location to leave knowledgeable and very satisfied.
