Ed and Tracey were great. We didn't get the deal done but they were really patient and worked hard to try to get to my number. Nice, customer friendly experience.

I bought a used BMW from them a few years which I still have, I was paying cash, a very fair price was agreed on the phone including delivery to Maryland. I arrived, test drove the car, signed documents, shook hands and the car arrived an hour after I got home to Maryland! It was by far the best experience I've had buying from a dealership!

I worked with Dave Siemanowski and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he provided excellent service, answered all my questions, and guided me through every step of the process. I got a great deal and never felt pressured—just supported. The dealership itself was also fantastic: professional, efficient, and welcoming. Highly recommend both Dave and this dealership if you’re looking for a smooth and positive car-buying experience!

Took my car in for a check engine light diagnosis and they had my car for 10 days trying to figure out what was wrong with it. During the 10 days, they were driving my car around the lot and my brake line exploded. Now I needed to have that replaced as well as new brakes. Every time I called (yes I had to call every day to see what was happening with my car) something else was found except the reason the reason for the check engine light. Finally got my car back on the 10th day. Check engine light is off and $2,600 gone out of my account. The labor was more than the parts put on my car. Never again

Stopped in on a sat morning 9 am for an oil change. Was immediately asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't i assumed quick lane you go in ,you go out nothing more.
The mechanic walks in and writer asks mechanic he says leave it all day thats it. Not,sorry we're backed up,sorry its a sat, sorry we only have 1 person who can change the oil on a corvette. No just leave it all day.
So on my 1 Day off a week on a 75 degree sat I'm going to leave my car at a dealership 10 miles from my home all day. Are you kidding me?
Crossed the bridge went to hessert chevy ,walked in and asked if I could get an oil change, Guy says pull it right in.
That's how business is done.
Not some miserable 60+ year old mechanic who is pissed hes working on a sat in the summer. Won't return ...

This is our third vehicle purchased from Barlow. We got the Traverse and worked with our salesperson Mario S. and the customer care manager Tracey L.
We worked with Tracey online and finalized everything with Mario. After sending in the appropriate documents in, our time at the dealership was about two hours, which was great since we had our young kids with us.
I also wanted to say Mario and Tracey went above and beyond to answer some questions after the sale. We weren’t forgotten about. They were kind and patient to make sure we got the answers we were looking for. I’m certain we will be back in three years for our fourth vehicle.

If there was 6 stars they would get it. Ed Barlow has the attention to detail that makes it worth coming back. Wouldn't even let me drive off the lot without fixing a piece of weather stripping. It was a used car, certainly will have a little wear and tear. Little John, great sales guy. Worth going just to watch him try and get into a car (he is enormous). Tom Hess in finance couldn't have made it easier and the transaction wasn't normal. No wasted time, friendly and easy to work with staff. Excellent experience all around.

This company likes to talk smack thinking they are on mute! “She can’t afford an extra 500 dollars” Isn’t a very professional or nice comment. Would not recommend this dealership.

I was looking for a Chevy Trax and my brother recommended Barlow Chevrolet. I met with Rick Chimenti and then Ed Barlow who were both respectful and courteous. I’ve bought and leased cars for decades and this was the first dealership that worked in my best interest, and not theirs. I highly recommend Barlow Chevrolet for the best deals and buying experience.

Have had issues and radio silence along with false promises since buying a Traverse here in cash last year. Was promised when I bought the vehicle that the drivers seat would be replaced once its available due to a cigarette burn hole in it....1 year later nothing and no response and I have the texts saved from david the salesman. When I drove the car off the lot after signing the papers I had to immediately bring it back several days later because after market brakes were used on it causing awful loud screeching but even that was a fight to have replaced. This is a certified vehicle with less than 40k miles on it. Just go somewhere else to buy a car.

We had a great experience at Barlow Chevrolet while buying our new Chevy. The entire staff is great, very understanding and friendly. Special thanks to David Chagnon and the manager for getting us the best possible deal on our new car. Cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend Barlow Chevrolet to anyone who is planning to buy a Chevy. Even 5 stars are not enough. This dealership makes buying cars hassle-free and worry free! Thank you.

I’m writing a negative review without too much specific details. I took my suv in for a check engine light. I paid for a diagnostic test. I already knew that I don’t have much warranty left. My vehicle was diagnosed with a specific issue that wouldn’t be covered under warranty. I decided to get it serviced at a local shop that would have saved me at least 50%. I come to find out that the test diagnosed by this Chevy location was not the correct issue. I decided to go to another dealer that found the issue that will be serviced under warranty. I understand everyone has quotas to hit but please be honest in your service when trying to diagnose issues. I feel like I got the run around and something was made up to determine an issue just to bypass time so that I would have to come back for more services later.
