I would give no stars. This pharmacy time and time again is beyond rude and disgusting to people. I order my refills online to avoid them and prepay again to avoid them. There is one nice lady occasionally at the drive-thru. If you have the 40-60 minutes to wait for your scripts. Do not bother to call these people because if you get answered, the rude abhorrent treatment of customers is beyond abusive and outrageous. I have been in the customer service business many years, and you could not even use this model in training to show how not to treat customers. The billionaire giant should line their pockets less with bonuses for administration and pay for employees who want their jobs. Disgusting and disgraceful.

I would give it a 0, if possible! The pharmacy never answer the phone, very frequently don’t have prescriptions in stock - even though they are long-term monthly or 90 day refills, and they are unhelpful & RUDE! Other CVS locations will have the same meds in stock but Delran will say they are on backorder when there are no reported shortages of that medication & won’t tell you what other locations have the Rx in stock so you end up being without your medicine until they decide to do their job & order it. If you ask them what other locations have a Rx in stock they tell you to call the other locations yourself, even though they can view the information in their system & call the other store to verify it. They also won’t tell you WHY your insurance declined a Rx - even though they used to do this & the insurance company provides them with the reason. Instead they tell you to call your insurance company. After over a week trying to get a Rx filled, being told every day that it would be in “tomorrow”, the pharmacist told me if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere. Guess what - I am!! Avoid this location at all costs!

terrible customer service. Super Rude. Filthy Store. Dirt in with my allergy medication. I’m speechless. They also accidentally put one wrong pill in my bottle. Thank god i read the numbers on the pill because they looked so similar.

Absolutely terrible experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I was trying to get flu shots for my family. She would not honor my flu shot appointment despite seeing my email and text confirmations. Total unprofessional.

I have never experienced such bad customer service. I’ve worked in retail for years now so believe me I get being understaffed however it seems like they hand picked the most insufferably rude people to work at this specific pharmacy. I have been to other CVS locations and never had the issues I experience here. I waited at their drive through window for literally 30 minutes my boyfriend clicked the ring button and a tech very rudely stared at us and then did not respond. It’s so weird

I had zero issues at this pharmacy even though I've had issues at a few others. The pharmacist was so helpful and so nice. Gave me my vaccine and answered all of my questions. He was great. Recommend this CVS over my local one that doesn't even answer the phone.

Went in the other day to pick up a script. They didn’t even acknowledge me. No hi, no may I help you-ALL NOTHING. Finally Michael W walked over and looked at me like why are you even here. The ATTITUDE. Like quit already if you hate your job that much. No thanks, not one word as I left either. I’ll never return here again!

How many times you gonna say you received nothing from provider!!! This place wins the medal for this! Never dealt with a pharmacy that constantly say they didn’t receive something. DO YOUR JOB.

another frustrating and underwhelming experience with CVS at Tenby Chase.I can appreciate staff being busy, but what I cannot appreciate his attitude and unprofessionalism. My medication are never ready despite receiving confirmation texts. this is a poorly run business.

If I could give this place no stars I would..this is the worst Pharmacy I ever experienced. Unprofessional, rude, no customer service I mean none. They made me so upset. I'm pregnant n my doctor sent in a prescription for prenatal. The same day I sent my husband to pick up my prescription they said it wasn't ready. The next day my husband went again wasn't ready. In addition they were being so rude to him so he says. So two days later I went to see what was going on...they told me that it wasn't ready n they had to order it. Mind you they could have done this days ago the first time my husband went. UGH!! I asked them how long it was Thursday they told me by Wednesday. So Tuesday I call and they said that they got a order in and had to go through it. The lady said she will call me. No Call. Wednesday I call and they tell me again that it's not ready and it's on back order I scream in frustration and hung up. Next I call my doctor to change the Pharmacy to RITE AID...I go to Rite Aid the same day n surprise surprise my prescription is there and ready for pick up. SAME DAY. THANK YOU RITE AIDE. CVS YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY

Some one needs to do something about the management of this pharmacy team. It's chaos and they don't seem to be able to provide scheduled flu shots in a timely fashion. Waited over 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment.If you want a quick flu shot, go somewhere else.

Great location, excellent staff and customer service, with demand at a all time high on Pharmaceuticals CVS continues to serve us well.Thank you CVS of Delran (Tenby Chase) for all you do on a daily basis, also for accommodating me and my Service Dog.

On multiple occasions get text saying script is ready only to show up and it’s not. Also 2x this year told script be ready on date it’s due to be filled and is delayed by over a week. No one there gives answers no accountability. Terrible pharmacy Zero stars more like it

Rude and disrespectful was in line for 20 minutes to pick up medicine while workers were at the window doing nothing but horseplaying around and talking. Then for them to finally come to the window and close the curtain in my face to say there going on break.

They never pick up the phone,. At the drive through they act like they don't see you instead of greeting you and saying will be with you soon. Dismissive in person interactions. Prescriptions never on time, worst CVS I have been to and I have lived in 15 states.
