I placed a order same day delivery. Order was never received. I will never order from this store again. The customer service was also horrible.

I do not understand why I've called several times now throughout the day and no one has called me back. I can't even leave a voicemail. I called to cancel an order before they delivered it but this store location has yet to return my call. This is very unprofessional.

It said the order was canceled on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Naturally, I reordered from a different store. However, i came to find that it was still delivered. Meaning I spent a lot of money on an second large arrangement for no reason. I have tried contacting the store multiple times however they have not answered the calls or any of the numerous messages I have left.

I wish I could give no stars, was sold rotten fruit PURPOSELY COVERED by chocolate. Being ghosted by corporate and the person running the store actually threatened to BEAT MY A$$ if I showed up with the pictures of my awful product for my refund!So no refund for rotting food (criminal and I reported them to the health department) AND I was threatened with violence for asking for my money back.Y'all hire sociopaths to run your business? You're as rotten inside as the fruit you sell.*UPDATE*I've been in touch with the BBB and health department, and will be speaking with the police department about the threat made to me. I'm being told I have a case and charges may be filed. I think I will do just that.My FULL refund is on the way from the corporate office and a police report was made for this UNHINGED MONSTER. I truly hope this awful man isn't around women or children and he gets the help he needs. Seek God.

If you like receiving rotten fruit, gnats, and being threatened, then I absolutely suggest ordering from this location. Your loved ones will enjoy receiving mediocre fruit in plastic cups! And don’t leave out being called personally by the manager and told he’s going the call the cops on your friend if they come to the store, that’s just the icing on a rotten cake. Would give no stars if that was an option.

Shoutout to Glen! He dealt with me in a very professional manner the customer service was amazing. I changed my delivery date about 2/3 times lol and he accommodated me every time, I truly appreciate it! Can’t wait until my family member receive their arrangements!! Thanks again!!

Ordered a fruit platter on Wednesday to be picked up on Friday at 5:00 pm. A gentleman from the Edible Arrangements - 728, 1330B Fairview Blvd, Delran, NJ 08075 location called and asked if I could pick up earlier. I explained that I worked and could come in around 4:30 pm. He told me that he had other stuff going on and I would have to cancel my order. I asked, 'May I have your name", he responded "Absolutely not".

THE OWNER FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR!!!! HE GIVES PEDOPHILE ENERGY!!! HE KEPT LOOKING AT MY LITTLE SISTERS BOOBS AND BUTT AND THEN KICKED US OUT! Originally I came in and just wanted chocolate covered strawberries because they're so good but the man that owns this place kicked me out and told me that was a suspicious question and that it was weird. He followed me to my car and I didn't know what to do and felt so unsafe. He seems mentally ill please don't go here!!!

I normally only write a review if the service was great. If I didn't have the best experience, then I would just stay away from that location. Today I felt that it was extremely important that I write a review in order to address what transpired with me and the service that I've received from this location this morning. I have been using Edible Arrangements for so long now and usually order the arrangements online to be delivered. I had did that with this location, but instead of having it delivered, I had it to be picked up. I placed the order in late last night and saw that there was an option to have it picked up at 9:00 am est. I choose that option thinking wow, I didn't know that I could pick it up that early and that it was convenient. This morning at 8:16 am est. A man called from this location and was very irate that I put the order in to be picked up at 9:00 am est. He said "We open at 9:00 am! How would we have it done in time!? I apologized and ask what time would be best to pick it up? He was very rude and told me that I sound like a dark person and that he was dark too. He then proceeded to say that he would have had it done for me at 9:00 am but now he wasn't. All I could say on the phone was wow. I didn't get angry with him. I didn't say ignorant or evil things to him. It was as if he wanted me to or expected me too. I did however asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to because I didn't like the negative energy that was happening on his end. He told me no and that he was going to cancel my order because I was messing up his day and that he wasn't going to let me. When I tried to ask how to go about getting a refund, he hung up on me. I tried to call back but it didn't go through, instead it went to the automated line that said that they were closed. I'm very surprised and upset about the customer service I received at this location. I honestly feel and know that I will not be ordering from this location again. If you're thinking about ordering from here, I advise you to use caution. Maybe try to place your order in person with someone else that may work at this location or avoid it all together. When placing the order online, I didn't look at the reviews. Now I wished that I did.

I am only giving this store a one star because the system would not let me put zero star. They are ghetto and irresponsible, on top of being very rude and disrespectful. I have the worst experience ordering something for my mother at this place. Never again..

My mother ordered me something this past Friday to be delivered on my birthday (today) but the delivery never occurred. My mom expressed how rude a gentleman she spoke with was and a woman who also was extremely rude to her by phone. Initially I received a call from my mom because she let me know that the gentleman said his delivery driver had trouble getting into my apartment complex because of the security gate and he couldn't deliver the order. I had my groceries delivered along with a Door Dash order prior to this phone call so something didn't sound right. I called the security area and they had no record of someone from Edible Arrangements attempting a delivery at all for anyone - I then called the location and spoke with a woman who explained that my order was still at the shop and hadn't been sent out for delivery yet. I apologized for the possible confusion and reached back out to my mother. My mother became very stressed and upset because the rude gentleman asked my mother not to write anything negative on Facebook and complained about the issues he would have adjusting the order for her. So here I am - writing a review because it is 6:30pm and still no delivery happened. Don't do business with this place!

Ordered edible arrangements for my wife and daughter to be delivered on Valentine's Day while I'm out of town for work. I understand it's a busy day, I called at 5pm asking when the order would be delivered as we have lost the day at this point. I was assured that it would be delivered by 9pm, but not without an attitude and being hung up on. It is now 4 business days later. I have yet to receive the order, my money refunded, or atleast a return phone call. I find it hard to believe this store is still open and under the direction of this management with the 1 star reviews. I wish I checked the reviews prior to my order.

Today on October 27, 2022, at 10:30 am I called to schedule a delivery for my mother's 70th birthday tomorrow. A gentleman answered the phone and told me that today I had to do it online. I asked is that the normal procedure now? because I haven't ordered from edible arrangements in some time and didn't know if they switched things up, before I used to be able to order over the phone. the guy responds very rudely and says yes for TODAY it has to be online, I responded well why just today? he says I'm short staffed and nobody is here to take an order. I was then frustrated because he could've very kindly explained that in the very beginning. so, I said why couldn't you have just said that from the beginning? the guy rude and irate and hung up in my face!!!!! this is extremely unprofessional and ignorant. customers do not deserve to be treated like that or to be talked to in that matter... I don't know who this guy is who is representing this company, but he needs to be fired immediately!!!! no wonder why this location has the worse reviews!!! never ever ordering from here and i encourage everyone not to as well!!!
