Joe was excellent!!! Got me the car I wanted without any pressure, I’ll update in a month‼️READ BELOW‼️So it’s a Month and 16 days later and what do you know, the freaking engine locked up. I’m so upset because I paid way toooooo much money for this to happen.Update: Engine issue was due to car manufacturer recall( note this car had 1owner and 65,000miles), Soon as I called Joe he told me to contact the dealer because that was a common default/recall with the 2011 sonatas. I will recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great car at an affordable price!!! Did I mention LOW MILES!!!! And mostly cars with 1 or 2 owners‼️‼️‼️‼️?????? took it to the Hyundai dealer and they fixed it for free. They will come get your car or you can have it towed. Plus they give you a rental or Lyft which ever you perfer. All in all EGR was excellent. Even when I though my they sold me a lemon it wasn’t true, after the new engine put in the car is running great!!! (It’s now Feb 2021 and I got the car in Sept2020)UPDATE 2022 JUNE, GUESS WHAT? I still have my 2011 sonata I purchased in 2020 it is doing fine and now that I am a auto tech I can fix any issue should the come?? car is great n Joe thanks again palAs of March 2023, I still have my sonata.and it's running with no issues. Had to replace the fuel pump but that's normal mechanic wear due to poor maintenance on my end. I'll definitely be coming buy to get an SUV next ????????

Brought a car three months ago horrible experience still unable to drive it enjoy bad transmission refuse to fix which resulted in couldn’t get car inspected should of went to another dealership with better experience and service toward their customers now I’mTaking legal actions as well

I had an extremely bad experience with Marc. I bought a 2009 Nissan Maxima for $5000. He sold me a car with a bad transmission. He did not let me take my car To get it checked before I bought it and only gave me a "five day" warranty. Before I bought the car he did not tell me what was wrong with it. After driving it for two weeks the transmission went out. He did not give me my title and I have had it for a month. I told him about my transmission and how I want a refund and he told me to sue him and that it's not his problem. He is scamming people and selling bad cars that need to be in the junkyard. I took my car to three mechanics and they all told me that the transmission is bad. He reset the computer before he sold it to me so the check engine lights were not on so I did not know there was something wrong. I am a college student and it took me months to save up money for this car. He took $5000 away from Me that I'm not sure how I will get back.

I purchased a 2007 Mazda 3 from Udrive Auto Sale, LLC on Monday, 10/4/21 and it is unsafe to drive. The dealer (Marc) assured me that the car was safe to drive and didn't need any repairs. I asked him this several times and he assured me that is was safe and had no issues. I was not allowed to bring the car to my mechanic until after I purchased it. I took the car to my mechanic on Wednesday, 10/6/21 in order to get it checked out and he told me that the vehicle needed a ton of repairs and had a bunch of rust on it which pretty much makes the car unsafe to drive and not worth fixing based on the current fair market value of the vehicle which is around $4900. It shouldn't have even been sold in the first place as it belongs in the junkyard. Below is a list of things that is wrong with the vehicle. I can also provide written proof of this along with give my mechanics contact info this way you can verify everything that I am saying. 1. Needs front and rear brakes ($780+tax)2. Needs 4 Tires ($600+tax)3. Front Struts (RF Leaking) $6254. LOF Overdue5. Largest problem is rust. The inner frame rails are rusted thru next to the exhaust system (partly under the heat shield) this repair alone can cost $2,000 to $3,000. There is also rust within the rear wheel wells and other parts of the exterior (touch up paint was used to hide it)6. Needs a new muffler and exhaust system (it broke completely off on 10/26/21)The dealer should've never sold this vehicle with all of these issues, especially knowing that the integrity of the vehicle was compromised due to the high amount of rust on the frame rails. At the very least he should've disclosed this to me because if he did then I would've never purchased this car as it doesn't belong on the road anymore. I tried reaching out to Marc(dealer) several times in order to return the vehicle for a full refund, but he was not trying to help me in any way. I don't like to leave reviews or talk bad about anyone, but I wanted to warn anyone that might be considering purchasing a vehicle from this business this way they can avoid the headaches that I had to deal with.

This place is terrible. Buyer beware. After owning this vehicle since August, I have been able to drive it 1 month. Was given the run around for weeks on my title, which came well after temp tags expired, forcing car to sit for weeks. Was told passing PA inspection was "garunteed". Salesman even wrote on sales paperwork that they would cover costs of repairs needed to pass inspection and emission. FOUR WEEKS AGO, my car fails inspection and they are refusing to honor their contract "garuntee"! Completely unprofessional, will not answer phone or return calls. I am now having to take legal action just so they will pay for repairs so i can drive my car again. As a single mom trying to work during a pandemic, this is killing my household and they dont seem to care. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Buyer beware. In June 2020 I got a car from this dealer call EGR also known as Americans and Foreign auto sale. they should call them self Americans and foreign auto salvage, after waiting for the title for months they told me to go to the DMV I shouldn’t have no problem getting my car registered and after trying three times the DMV told me that the vin number of this car is not in their system and to bring the car back to the dealer. I try to get my money back from them and they refused to refund me my money so hired an attorney and then they agreed to refund me my money before I took them to court.sorry Rachel that they scam you too.

Wow!!! I’ve been looking fir an affordable Mercedes Benz Glk 350 and finally found one on Car Guru,at Egrauto NJ. So I and often look thru reviews before I purchase an item, just reading these reviews I’m so disappointed,,,, I really wanted my dream car Bummer!!!?
