EMS hired me to provide uncrating and assembly for one of their customers. I stated my minimum price for such service, $225. EMS arbitrarily reduced my payment to $180 after I had provided more service than was listed on my work order. I do similar work for multiple third party providers, and I have years of relocation industry experience. No other 3rd party provider I have worked for has ever done anything similar. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with EMS' actions in writing and received no response. I will not be accepting future assignments from EMS and I recommend other providers avoid working for them as well.

I had two TV’s crated as part of a move. Unfortunately they arrived damaged. I’ve been working with Dominique, who is very pleasant and responds quickly while we work to address the issue. So far the experience has been good.

We got a random call from them today and rather than listening to us, the agent repeatedly pushed for him to "help us" as we already went with another company and expressed multiple times why we would not be going with them. After refusing to acknowledge what was being declined and said over three times, the agent again simply spoke over us to be heard and we told him no, we were not interested, goodbye, and hung up.Immediately after, the agent called us a second time. He is lucky I did not catch his name when my partner answered the phone, I would be calling to report.

EMS was responsible for building crates and uncrating of glass items/pictures and a pool table. Although one of the pool table slates was broken, Dominique at EMS arranged for a professional service to come out, replace the slate and reassemble the table to verified original great condition. This was at no charge to me and was done without a lot of hassle - namely, they accepted responsibility for the damage and made it right.Things can get broken during a move, and the slate happened to be my broken item, but it was their willingness to correct things that was appreciated.Dominique, thanks for making what could have been an unpleasant, drawn-out process a very simple matter - 5-stars because you all stepped up when something went wrong.

Completely agreed the previous review that the EMS is the worst moving company! They damaged my desk and asked the tech teams to come back and forth multiple times only to identify 2 missing parts. Turns out more than 10 parts are missing and they dragged the entire assembly service. They do not willing to take the responsibility and blame the damage to other third party! Avoid this company.

The technicians did an excellent job of preparing my paintings for our move! I was very impressed with the custom made crates and the care they took securing our artwork inside them.

This company is full of individuals that are absolute scum and will take advantage of you until your very last breath. Avoid at all costs!

On the New Jersey end of this service, the technicians have failed to turn up to two appointments — no phone calls, no nothing. The folks that call me seem to have no idea what is going on in their business.

THE WORST company I have ever delt with. They provided a contract to me when arriving 5 hours late in the middle of the night to pick my stuff up, fed me a bunch of lies, my stuff was to be shipped to my destination and was never shipped I made several calls and finally got a date it was to be arrived and then was never contacted and arrived 3 days late with several damaged items. When I contracted executive movers they said they were not responsible for any part of the moving even though they were the ones I paid and sign the contract with. I strongly recommend NOT using them.

Executive Movers Services were the spot of sunshine in an otherwise horrible moving experience. I called them to get help preparing a Miele washing machine for our move (it requires a special transportation kit). They mailed me the kit, were incredibly flexible about leaving the machine running as long as possible, before the move, and then sent a couple technicians out to do the kit installation. It turned out that the kit was the wrong one for my washing machine. Fortunately I was able to find a kit from a previous move. The technicians installed it and the movers loaded the machine. I installed the machine in our new home and it worked perfectly (on a previous move, this was *not* the case!) The correctly installed transportation kit did its job and the machine was up and running shortly after we arrived. On hearing about the mixup with the transportation kit, the folks at EMS were not only concerned, they insisted on refunding the money for the kit. I'd agreed on a fixed price to get the washer to our new house and, especially after the experience with the rest of the move, was quite content with what I'd paid, since the washing machine was in place and working. I was really touched that they were willing to refund part of the money, anyway. I would *definitely* trust these folks to help me move, again. Heck, I might call them up now and then, just to say "hi".

These guys were so flexible and accommodating, I don't know why you'd use anyone else! Despite many changes to our schedule they always made themselves available and were respectful and courteous with our possessions.
