I have been going to the Delran Firestone now for over 9 years . I’ve had tires put on 3 of my vehicles as well as alignments oil changed and other work . I moved about 20 miles away from this Firestone but still travel there to have my cars serviced because I trust these guys , Manny , Ken and all the mechanics are always doing a great job and show pride in their work . I recommend this Particular Firestone to my family , friends and Co Workers all the time . Thanks guys for always taking care of my cars , Dave Montgomery customer

despite me not having an appt - Manny made certain he would do what he could to get my flat taken care of. Since I bought all my tires at another firestone, I wasn't certain they would do the right thing. In fact they did AND got me out of there in the 2 hour slot he mentioned when I came in. Also no charge. This is why I tell everyone to get their lifetime wheel alignment and services and oil changes PLUS buy all their tires from Firestone

Needed a new oil pan asap. They took me straight away, offered to show me the damage to my current oil pan, and explained my options. They ordered the pan and had me repaired in just a few hours. They even cleaned my windshield. Great service.

So I've only been here a couple of times but have been a Firestone customer for years in another state. When I moved to NJ I was expecting the worst but to my surprise I can say the two Firestone stores I've used have been honest. They are not trying to desperately up sell you with unnecessary services. You ask for an oil change and that is all they will do. Everyone expects the phone call that goes "We noticed while looking at your car that you need X,Y and Z" They don't do that which is nice in my opinion. Some may have a different opinion.
