I had a very unpleasant experience during my pedicure. The woman who attended to me was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked to change the polish color, she became visibly angry, started speaking loudly in another language, and made exaggerated, aggressive hand gestures. I felt disrespected and very uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing business. I won't be returning.

This was my 1st time here (visit from out of area), Beautiful nail salon & Clean. The staff was very friendly as well. My technician Maria did a excellent job on my feet & lovely massage to relax my aching legs & feet. She also was very gentle with my broken toe. I would return again if I'm back in the area again 🙂

Usually have a really good experience here but today was not the greatest. Asked for round nail shape and got pointy, politely asked the woman to fix it and she seemed pretty annoyed. Was very rough with my hands during manicure to the point where one of my nails bled. Will ask for someone else next time.

They should not have these here.Also they are over priced insane can’t do simple letters let alone a simple design show them. Several pictures couldn’t do any of it. I have never left a Nail Salon more unhappy, feeling more annoyed. Also, why in the world would they have basketball playing with a bunch of females coming in to get their nails done? I don’t wanna watch basketball the whole experiencewould never do it again

I have been trying this place a try for the past two years . Unfortunately, I have to give them one star. Maybe the can't handle the business, not enough employees so they have to turn over the numbers . Not impressed! The last three visits were horrible. This level of service is subpar at best. Very disappointing. This is why I took these businesses of my payroll for two years. After my birthday I will pull the plug again, I can think of a million and one ways to waste my money. I'm good !
