“BTC installed a hitch with tail light connections for my 2019 Mazda CX5. They were very professional in explaining what hitch I needed for a multi bike rack. Did a real nice job installing the light package specific for my vehicle that was compatible and did not affect the navigation and vehicle electronics. I would recommend. Lots of places like U-haul may be cheaper but these people are pros and anytime wiring is involved get a pro. The store is a veritable candy land for trailer parts and accessories down to specific bolts and trailer pins. Also sell complete trailers.”
“I’ve unfortunately had to rent two vehicles in the last month unexpectedly. One due to a crash and the second sue to my new car breaking down. Both I’ve frantically come into enterprise and Alex and others have made sure my family was accommodated, even today 30 minutes before closing. In the past I had not so positive experiences with other branches but Alex and others have changed my outlook on the company. I can’t thank them enough. Hopefully next time I’ll rent for fun.”
“I have a small driveway but needed a bigger truck for my landscaping business. Bentley truck services had the perfect solution, an Isuzu NPR gas with an aluminum dump bed. The cab over design of the Isuzu trucks makes it about 4 feet shorter than an American truck with similar GVWR. The Isuzu itself is lighter, so is the aluminum bed compared to a steel bed. All of this means I got a compact truck capable of significant payload for a great price.They delivered the truck to Virginia. Unfortunately there were some discrepancies between the advertised truck and the truck that was delivered, namely an underbody tool box and steps to access the tarp.I brought this up to Greg Lamb and he assured me that he would rectify the problem. Being that I had already bought the truck, I had doubts this would ever happen. He arranged to have the work done at a welders halfway between us. I brought it in and the work was done in a matter of hours.I couldn’t be happier with the truck. It is the perfect truck for our purposes.”
“Needed a uhall truck, did the online process but found out if I just came here the price is just better and the overall just a better experience. Here the nice woman was able to explain everything and helped me with the whole process.I would only recommend coming into the store here and just dealing with them directly. It might be a little bit scary coming to a rv / odd and end store. But it's your best plan of action when needing to use a uhall truck.Don't waste your time with other places just come to the experts.”

“I’ve been renting trucks at this location for about a year now for my moving company and the experience has been excellent. I previously had an account with penske and was fed up with showing up when I had a reservation only to find they had no truck for me, or getting a truck with mechanical issues, or opening the back to find it was filled with dirt/trash from the previous customer and was never cleaned.”

“Yes, it is true, the cars are not like budget or hurts however, i the name of the place is Rent-A- Wreck. That being said, I rented a car from them back in October and the service was impeccable. The owner and staff were kind and professional. I was not surprised that the car was not brand new.Lance and his staff were so kind and generous to me when I was in a really tough spot. The experience has stayed with me and I try to pay it forward. It just goes to show, you can't judge a place by its name. “Rented a ¾ ton pick-up and requested the ability to tow which comes at a surcharge – Figured it would include a tow hitch & ball mount – It Does Not. The hitch was there but when I asked about the ball mount, I was handed a Receiver Adapter (reducer sleeve) and was told they do not provide a ball mount and ball”

“Staff was very curious. I recommend too get a climate controlled unit. My boxes got very moist when it rained. I rented my unit for two months, in which my boxes weren't as strong as they were.”
“If you want to rent a truck this place is it if you need photo copies or something faxed they can do it. Always really pleasant it cost me .25 cents to copy my birth certificate.”
