Staff was great with my children and now my Grandchild goes to this center. Andrea in the office has always been a great help to me and my family. I would recommend this center to others.

All the teachers at Lightbridge academy work hard and make their students their top priority. Makes me so happy to see a childcare center like this. …and as as a worker in early childhood care it's a genuine warm feeling to know all those kids' have their needs met to the best of their ability and the staff is more then happy to meet those needs…I can never say to many positive things about the director who is very much so hands on , makes sure the children parents and staff are happy .. all around Lightbridge is a great daycare and they are so lucky to have such an awesome director .. I highly recommend bringing your children here… Safe and clean environment.

We have experienced every classroom at this center; some more than once because having multiple children. The infant classroom with Ms. Bitsy couldn’t have made a parent any more at ease than leaving your baby with your own mother. She is the most lovely, warm and caring person. Ms. Journey was so engaging in Mobile infants, Ms. Raquel in young Toddlers was the best young toddler teacher I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Ms. Allie in Mobile infants (now young toddlers) is always quick with a smile and sharing nice information about my kid’s day. Mr. Jarret is beloved by all my children. He is such a positive male role model on these little one and we have been so lucky to have him teach our children. Ms. Haley and Ms, Tyana and Ms. Cyndhia have been sent by the pre-K gods! Our older children learned so much from them and beg to go pick up their siblings and go back to summer camp to be with them. The office staff is always welcoming and seems to enjoy what they’re doing. The curriculum is always engaging and they have fun learning. The communication app is great but can be hard to keep track of with multiple children and all the information that is shared on there. Price is comparable to other centers in the area. The smiles on my kids’ faces are priceless.

If you’re thinking about enrolling your child at this facility, I highly recommend checking the inspection reports on the state’s official website first. Over the past year, the center failed 11 out of 17 regulatory requirements, which raises serious concerns about how it’s still allowed to operate.
In our experience, the well-being of the children didn’t seem to be a true priority. We found that the leadership—especially the director—to be unprofessional and difficult to communicate with, which only added to our unease.
There are many other childcare centers in the area that provide a much higher standard of care and truly prioritize the well-being of the children. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Lightbridge Academy and would encourage families to explore other options.

I am deeply disappointed with the experience my family has had at Lightbridge Academy. The turnover rate at this facility is absolutely outrageous. Last year alone, my niece had three different preschool teachers in a span of just one year. This constant staff change is not only disruptive to her learning but also severely impacts her emotional stability. Young children need consistency, and it’s incredibly concerning that Lightbridge is unable to provide that level of care and reliability.
Moreover, the staff in the office is consistently rude and unprofessional. When I’ve tried to address concerns or get simple information, the responses have been dismissive and often downright obnoxious. As a parent, it’s frustrating and upsetting to be met with such a lack of courtesy, especially when entrusting your child to their care.
The most troubling part of all is the behavior of the owner. She regularly mistakes my niece for another child, calling her by the wrong name. This may seem like a small mistake, but when you’re the owner of a school, it’s your responsibility to know and remember the names of your students. This lack of attention to detail and personal care is not only unprofessional but also hurtful, as it shows a clear lack of respect for the children and families who are paying for their services.
It’s heartbreaking to see a school that claims to provide quality education and care for children fail so badly in these basic areas. I would not recommend Lightbridge Academy to any parent looking for a stable, nurturing, and consistent environment for their child.

My sons have been coming to this school for aftercare for two years now, along with their summer camp program. My sons look forward to coming here after they have been in school all day. The Pre-K teachers are amazing and take such great care of my sons. Some days they don't even want to leave! If I were to have another child, this school would be the first childcare center I would bring my child to!

If I could give this daycare -000 stars I would. I think everyone should be aware of where they are sending their children! My daughter attended LightBridge Academy in Delran for 5 months at 1 1/2 years old. My Fiancé went to get her bookbag at the end of the day and found my daughter in the dark classroom by herself. The teachers condense the rooms at the end of the day and forgot to count her when they were leaving. When he went into the room where the teachers were "looking" for her, they were looking around the room like "where is she". If that's not alarming, I don't know what is. When I approached the director and assistant director, they stared at me for 10 mins with a stupid look on their face with nothing to say besides the teacher was fired. That wasn't enough for me. How do you leave a 1 1/2 year old child alone for over 8 mins-- do you know what could've happened to her. They also wouldn't let us see the cameras of when she was alone in the room, claiming they don't record. I come from a security background and know those cameras had a DVR hooked up and record for insurance purposes. The state was supposedly contacted, but I have yet to hear anything from them about this incident. Also, the only accommodation we received was "free cameras" for a year.Well those free cameras mean nothing. I went on after the incident, just checking in on my daughter and see she's about to get a diaper change. The teacher had her STANDING next to the "blacked out" diaper changing table and proceeded to pull her diaper off - NOT WIPE HER - and put a new diaper on her. I thought I was going crazy UNTIL I continued watching and saw her do the same thing to the next 3 children waiting to get a diaper change. I called the school immediately and their solution was to tell the teacher that "that's not protocol" and "don't do that again" What I wanted to know was "does that teacher wipe herself when she goes to the bathroom and why isn't my child being wiped properly" I didn't get an answer to that. The owner was never around for a formal sit down meeting, all she said was "sorry" in the hallway when I was picking up my daughter. She was always "out of the country" "on vacation" when I requested a meeting.Needless to say my daughter was pulled out of this daycare ASAP. It makes it hard to trust "big name" daycares now! They make it look great during the tour and to your face but the saying is true "you never know what happens behind closed doors"I wish our experience was better and pray this never happens to another family again.

My daughter has been at the center for almost 2 years and we have had nothing short of a wonderful experience. Ms. Phoebe has done such a great job teaching her writing skills, and her communication with me is awesome. This center has really nice activities for the families to get together, making it feel like our own little community. Thank you LB Delran, we love you!

If I could give this Daycare 0 stars I would. If you have another option to take your child to another daycare, I advise that you do. We made the mistake of enrolling our toddler here. He attended this daycare for two weeks and was ignored when he cried and he always seemed to be upset when we picked him up from daycare. I was recovering from surgery and had family members pick up my son from school and each person told me he was so unhappy when they picked him up. Every person told me I should take him out of the daycare and when I was well and able that’s exactly what I did, I had to call numerous times about why he was being ignored and the directors instant defended their staff before hearing or seeing what was going on. The camera access is a fascade because you have to watch your child because the teachers clearly don’t and the directors don’t pay attention to the cameras. The cameras are just there for show. There were teacher on their phones and socializing during the time they should have been caring for the children. My child always seemed to be hungry right after he left school to the point where he would cry for it. My toddler is such a happy kid and he only cries when there is something wrong, which is rarely and to see him always upset even when at home broke my heart and still does when I think about it. This was our first experience with putting him into daycare and this was the worst experience. If you care about your child look for childcare elsewhere.

I withdrew for safety and health reasons which are substantiated by the state and it requires 45 days to remove when most daycares are just two weeks. Most expensive daycare I've found and they are not the best. Some staff are great and some aren't.

Me and my son LOVE LOVE LOVE Miss Tyana! She makes school feel like a home away from home. She’s so nurturing and loving towards her kids. Definitely makes my day go smoother knowing my son is with a loving teacher. Everyone greets you the moment you walk in & leave. Very nice atmosphere at LightBridge.

I really have no complaints. Every day care has its goods and bads, I can say this day care is one of the best in the area, being that I tried others.. And most importantly my child is learning a significant amount and they have live cameras which puts my anxiety at ease

Hi. We recently moved to the area and were hoping to bring our son to this location but the customer service was not good. Maybe others have had better experiences but the leadership here was not welcoming or friendly to me or my wife.

My sons currently attend Lightbridge and they’ve been very lucky to have Ms. Kali as their teacher! She has been wonderful; so patient, attentive and always helpful! We appreciate everything she has done for our boys. She’s definitely an asset to this location!
