I recently returned a toilet to the Voorhees NJ Lowes because the contents inside the box had missing pieces and the tank and bowl did not match. When I went to return this, I asked to speak to a manager as I wanted to inform him of the contents in the box, and how frustrating it was to deal with. I was then accused of "trying to get something for free" and the manager was too busy and I could speak to a front end person. I was shocked how rude The front in person Debbie was at this location, and the fact that the store manager didn't "have time to speak to me" was disappointing as well. It's a shame because the other members of that store are so accommodating, pity that the front in person could ruin it for everyone and I would never return to that store again

Workers lie about the saw on the lumber side of the store being broken, all they have to do is say the person who operates the saw isn't available but instead they lie and say the saw is broken

Terrible service for resolving damaged products (doors in this case) delivered to our home. After being told we would get replacement delivered on Tuesday, we followed up to find the prior request was not documented at all. Then the second delivery was a scheduled inappropriately and the Delivery representative from Lowe's says "So what's the delivery window that you can't handle?" Because obviously I should have to take PTO to be home for a repeat delivery after they sent us damaged doors right? Never again.

HORRIBLE. HORRENDOUS. AWFUL. UNPROFESSIONAL. I decided to replace my windows. I had gotten three quotes. They were Anderson, Lowe's and Home Depot. I decided to go with the Lowe's. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! First, the planning process was very difficult. It was not easy to touch base with my rep. I would text and email - and pray for a response back. Finally I got an install date. My four windows was installed by one person. It was a HOT day. The entire installation was not done correctly. It was done in haste. There were also a lot of corners that were cut. I am not sure if he was 'exhausted' because he was alone doing the job but still - no excuse. They had to return three times to fix the errors. They were so obvious too. I'm assuming that they thought I wouldn't notice. The work was done very sloppy. Not detailed at all. I even gave the installer lunch and bottled water. I ended up receiving a refund of $250 for a $2400 job for four windows. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

I have been a long time Lowe's customer and charge holder, after this horrible experience I will not shop there again, In May I purchased 3 appliances that was to be delivered in June they arrived piece by piece with the last being a dishwasher that arrived in August and it was badly damaged. The customer service department in the store is terrible they never answer the phone and when they do are very nasty and wont even give you their name! The only person doing their job in the store is Robert in appliance he is wonderful. If I could give a lower rating I would. Stay away and take your business to a small local appliance store instead!

Buying a washer and dryer has been a two month long ordeal involving two different Lowe's stores and waiting for the first set to be picked up and a new delivery to be made. I understand that there's a shortage of appliances with the pandemic so we didn't push anything, even putting up with chasing down employees on the three visits we had to make here to have this delivery made. Then the incorrect amount was refunded to us and no one answers the phone at this location. I've now been waiting over an hour in the store to get this sorted. The sign on the register saying hastle free returns is the biggest joke of it all. I won't use Lowe's again.

I'm pretty sure Lowe's was the first store I physically set foot inside since the Covid-19 pandemic took over in mid-March. Last weekend, I decided it was time to get my roofdeck summer-ready and I felt comfortable enough to visit the store while donning a mask and bringing my own Lysol wipes. This particular location has an exit only situation coming from the garden center, with entry taking place through the main doors. Everyone there including customers had masks on which was great. I didn't see any wipes available but I also didn't look super hard. I grabbed a cart from the parking lot so I could sweep through the outdoor plants by the curb before entering the store itself. The plants and flower selection was poppin' and I picked up a couple geraniums and a gorgeous yellow calla lily that I am hoping I can keep alive for as long as possible. I would definitely return to this Lowe's if I needed more home or garden supplies.

Don't bother with their supposed curbside pickup. They don't staff it. If you cannot go in store for health reasons, shop elsewhere. If you have *absolutely no other choice*: go during the week, first thing in the morning. Look for the little, hand written signs in the parking lot across from the front entrance. Call the number and extension on the sign. Expect to have to call multiple times because there simply isn't enough staff. When they finally have time to take your order number, they'll say 10 min. Expect 30. Then call again. The workers are pleasant, even to an exasperated customer. But they can't work miracles. Target is great. Their pick up locations are well marked, you can let them know you're in the way. You get exactly what you order. Their hardware section is small. But go there instead if at all possible. For big items, Tractor Supply is great for ordering. Lowe's Corporate and Management . If you don't have the staff, don't offer the service. If you don't have enough people applying to work, pay a living wage. You'll get more employees.

I ordered a washer dryer and refrigerator. I was told it would be delivered on a Thursday, never showed up. Rescheduled for Sunday 12:30 -4:30, was told would be there 12:30-12:40. At 5:30 I called and they said they were there but no one was home. I waited all day for two days with no one to show up. The manager Zach and delivery people are obviously liars and not to be trusted. All I wanted was my appliances. Will never do business with them again. Beware.

Few people to check out. Self checkout not always working, even on a weekend. I go frequently for supplies, but I am not a large volume purchaser. Regardless of what I buy, and where I check out, you get the feeling your business is a burden to the workers. I have struggled to carry out materials to my car, and free-handed workers simply watch.

As a recent new homeowner, I've visited quite a bit. As a female walking into a home repair store, I originally felt intimidated here. However, I always make sure to do my research before coming and have always had help that is neither pushy nor patronizing. There is only one person for covering certain areas (for example one hardware guy cuts keys- that's it) which can sometimes lead to a wait. The worker is always apologetic and takes care of things quickly once they arrive. We had Lowes deliver a fridge and a dryer, and both went smoothly from ordering through delivery. I like that their credit card has the option of 5% off or 12 month no-APR financing too. Both can be helpful for a new owner or someone undertaking a major project.

This place is not very helpful. There are many choices to choose from, except when it comes to lighting. And when you think someone will help you, they get very rude and protective, and never finish answering your questions about the choices you choose! Checklist: ---------- 1. The staff member was old and lost their character! I think it's time for his retirement! How can you help someone if you're too old to lift? 2. It's a home improvement store! Know your products and be prepared for your work people. Any job, you should never say, "I don't know"! Find the best answer the store can deliver to help the company's composure and satisfactory reports! 3. Don't jump the gun and quickly scold customers for doing things improper! You work here to help the customer if they seem obviously helpless! Until you seriously get with the program Lowe's, this location is a zero!
