I used to really like Lowes stores and had a credit card and everything. Now I don't know what it is with some Lowes stores, but this one also doesn't do returns without receipts or provide gift cards. I pointed to the return policy on the front of the returns area and the store associate said they changed their return policy a few weeks ago. Then I had a receipt for other items that I purchased a while ago but never returned and the associate said they cannot take returns over 90 days old even with a receipt. There has to be some reason why some Lowes stores aren't permitting returns as their return policy states while others are. I've worked for restaurants and retail stores and I know they have competitions and metrics they are incentivized to maintain. You'd think one of those incentives would be to make money. The sad part is if they gave a gift card for the returns, I would have spent it and more on a new mirror. Instead, I'm buying a mirror from Home Depot because it costs less than Lowes anyway!

I frequent this Lowes atleast once a week and have been for 18 years and they have slowly really gone down hill employees that work in plumbing ,electrical and so on have no idea what they are talking about and the woman at self checkout is just nasty and rude, and now just like wawa they ask you to you to roundup, are they for real , people are having trouble making ends meet a d they want extra money from us??? Shame on you Lowes a d wawa for even asking customers to do that and some people do I guess they have all the money to just give to these big corporations. Stop giving them extra money for what?????? So they can justify ripping us off a little more. Point being don't ask that stupid question I will never give them a penny more than what I owe hope you all wake up and do the same .

The ? bathroom was amazingly disgusting!! ???? It smelled horribly and I went to the front to complain at customer service and she even Said " we know and have a cleaning person bit the employees keep it nasty!" She said she use to walk ?♀️ to Wendy's to go to their bathrooms bit since they closed she just hold her urine !! ???♀️.
I did the same and bought what I needed and left. The bathrooms at Hainseport NEVER look that bad and it was shocked for this area ?

4/30 - Update to original review below: we are 2 weeks out from my original review and the response written to my review was to call a number and I would be assisted. I've been calling this number - I've not been able to speak to a person. I have not heard back from the appliance company that said it would take 3 to 10 days. We have not been able to use our very expensive oven with a warranty for just about a month now. Whoever responds to this email needs to do a little better instead of putting on a front to all that this issue is being handled - to hush the complaints up - It's not being handled - and my suggestion still remains do not buy appliances and warranties from Lowe's - save yourself a huge headache and don't waste your money. It's been a very terrible experience.
Original review: My husband and I bought appliances 1 yr and 4 months ago. The stove was very expensive - just stopped working. We purchased a five-yr warranty. It took 3 days to prove to Lowes that we had the warranty. The designated appliance company comes out, spends 5-minutes diagnosing the problem, has no parts whatsoever on him. Says he has to order parts and it could be 3 to 10 business days. We have a stove that's less than a year and and a half old that's not working until further notice - and this is acceptable??? My suggestion is - do not buy appliances from Lowe's or warranties because it's a waste of money.
