Great staff and store but it is absolutely ridiculous that you allow alarm to sound when paying customers exit the store. Management please take care of this problem that seems to be unique to this location.

Customer service desk is awful. They give little to no effort. I come here a handful of times per year to exchange propane tanks, and without fail every single time I have to wait 15 minutes (no exaggeration) for someone to come out and exchange the tanks. Why not just give them the key at the desk and not the miserable cart guy? Completely unfriendly at both the desk and the guy exchanging the tanks, almost as if I'm hassling them. Probably going to start exchanging my tanks at the random gas station because the attitude and effort here isn't even mediocre.

Manager, Eric was super helpful and knowledgeable when buying supplies for a project I held in November. Great store, great products, great people, I cannot recommend more!

I bought a dishwasher a month ago, have called many times as to when it'll be delivered and installed, and have been told "it'll arrive in a few days" each time. Each time they were wrong. As of now, I'm on hold again and still have no idea if/when it'll show up.Go anywhere else.

Good Store. Well organized, i always know where to go to get things. Very frustrating they don’t have bags. Home depot provides free paper bags. Bags at lowes are 1.50 for a bag.

We were browsing for a new refrigerator while in Lowe's Delran, when Bart walked up and introduced himself as a member of the appliance staff. He was so helpful and informative. He answered many questions we had, while even pointing out several options we had not taken into consideration. Bart had helped guide us through what could have been a pain staking process! We may not have made a purchase that day, but with Bart's assistance and knowledge, we were able to select the appropriate model to fit our needs.

The Delran in Delran NJ is horrible. You can't get help. You asked customer service and they tell you to ask the person in the next aisle because he covers that. That person sends you back to customer service and you leave not getting help. I used to think that they were better than Home Depot but my experience changed my mind. Will not be spending my money there.

I placed a big order for delivery at this store. The day my items were to be dropped off, I received no call, email, or text. I called the store and was told the delivery truck broke down. I than called back to be told my order would arrive 2 days later at a time they weren't sure of. I canceled that order. I wasn't offered a discount or money off the delivery fee. I will not be dealing with this location again.

Lowe's has gotten better than the last 5 years, so they are getting a better supply of products than you would find at a Home Depot store!The Blackstone Grill is one hell of a grill if it's made in the United States; but now they are made in Einstein China and not standing by the product from comments made on the reviews? I would like one BUT second guessing whether to buy one??

Bought a defective stove at Maple Shade store. Return it at Maple Shade but they don’t have it in stock anymore. But Delran has 5 in stock. Mind you, I have the slip and receipt everything. When I went to Delran store, talked to Laura the Assistant Manager they told me that in order to do for the price at Maple Shade they need to transfer to Maple Shade while I am already at Delran and ready to pick it up. So Laura decision just cost Lowes couple hundred bucks right there since I ain’t dealing with that attitude.Guess my business is not good enough for Laura the Manager.Bad management at this store. Or maybe just Laura. I dont know.P.S: Maple Shade is a wonderful experience though.P.S.S: and for the way Laura treated me, I got one at Home Depot for $900. Money is not the issue here as you can see. Thanks Laura.

I love this Lowe's. Their prices are low compared to competitive retailers, and they often have sales on mulch, flowers and so much more! The giant pear tree pictured was over 7 feet and only $35! It did great when transplanting it at home. All the staff were friendly and very helpful when I had questions.

Waited at customer service for 25 minutes, they were dealing with one customer for 25 plus minutes I was there, I left and went right to home Depot down the street and will continue to choose home Depot over Lowe's. Horrible customer service at the delran Lowe's
