i went last year for sudden, progressive back pain, they checked some things and said my discs seemed fine and they gave me steroids to take for a week (sadly didn't work). It just got worse so i went to a few places to narrow it all down and it turns out i had 3 herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, fairly substantial spinal stenosis, etc... this was my experience and i'm not trying to disregard what they can do, I guess it really depends on the issue though so please do your research on what you think you may be suffering from and get the appropriate help from someone who specializes in it.

Always hours of waiting here even when no one else is there. They advertise they have a pharmacy but either don’t have the medication or cant fill the script at the location so what’s the point of going if I then have to leave and go to a pharmacy. My family will no longer go as this isn’t the first time. And please don’t send a letter apologizing for the wait times I believe you send these to every patient.

This is my go to urgent care. Usually the experience is pleasant. Tonight was a different experience. Dr Bobby was very rude in the way she talked to my son and me. If you get her as a dr just be mindful of how she speaks to you.

Today was among my better experiences at this practice. It is close to home and convenient. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. She was not judgemental about my own perspective on treatment and allowed my involvement in treatment decisions. She explained things and shared experiences which enhanced my experience during the visit. I thank her and the staff for working with illness for the good of health and humanity.

This facility is severely lacking interpersonal skills. Once you enter the room you become just a number. After 1.15 hours of waiting my husband asked how much longer as they were all in the middle gossiping. One lady looked and said you’re #2 and turned right back around to finish gossiping. After another 25 minutes of waiting he asked again and her response was “what is said before you’re #2”. Did she not understand how uncomfortable and sick I am. With the music on repeat was very irritating and was causing anxiety which only compounded with being sick and the bright lights causing my headache to be even worse. Sitting in the room for 2 hours was pure torture for me. Now I see why so many bad reviews for this facility. The support staff does not to support the patients the people who provide the money for their paychecks.

I have gone here several times over the past 4 years and have always been treated promptly. They do an outstanding job at diagnosing medical issues. The staff is very courteous and professional.

To All people who go here there is a male doctor who instead of helping you with why you came in, fat shamed you and tells you to take medication to lose weight. Please avoid him. The female staff is great he is not. The only reason it has 1 star is because I couldn't post with zero. No bedside manner at all

They have gotten better...my last experience was 5 stars...I was in quickly and everyone that assisted me was professional and nice..dr.marchese had a professional bedside manner and I think he had an fantastic bedside manner and was extremely..thorough...5 stars for me....yes...lisa at the front was very nice too

Went here , me and my daughter yesterday. Nurse was nice , but the ( a heavier set white middle aged woman) told me everything was fine and we just had " colds" . Went to the ER this morning and they did a Xray and blood work. I have pneumonia. Literally , urgent care doctors know NOTHING.

Had one doctor on duty. Sat in office for an hour and there were still 4 people ahead of me. Totally horrible experience. I walked out and never got treated. Don’t go there if you are bleeding, you will die before you get waited on.

The 3 stars represent the 3 girls that were so pleasent to me on CHRISTmas eve. The girl at intake, the girl that took me back to the exam room & did vitals (she was extra sweet)& finally the xray tech. Merry CHRISTmas to all 3 of u & thank u for being so nice to me. I was in & out pretty quick as well. ??
