went there to get the free test. waited 30 minutes to be told they weren't able to do it due to the staff not maintaining inventory correctly. they said I could wait a week. I tell them I'll come back in a week and they say they won't be there. go anywhere else you can. they came at me with a attitude the second I went through the door and then after 30 minutes they tell me they can't even do the test they are supposed to do. it's a joke of a practice and it's just gonna make your life harder so don't waste your time. let this place just go out of business like it should

This place should be closed. Don’t waste your time. The planned parenthood website states no appointment needed for routine STD testing but the 3 times I’ve attempted to be serviced here, they are ALWAYS taking appointments ONLY. I call to make an appointment and the representative tells me she can’t make an appointment for routine testing. I show up today and the office is closed but the website and phone number says they’re open. Every single time I’ve been here, there are always notes taped to the door with different hours and closure dates but the website is never updated. What a waste of time and money. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Most amazing staff from start to finish. Felicia was so helpful and full of knowledge and my Physician helped me more than I could of ever asked for they saved my life today and this is no exaggeration. I thank you and will be back again

This is very unprofessional. They mixed up results & misdiagnosed me. They had 2 different doctors see me because one of their shifts was over after she already started treating me beforehand. The second doctor that treated me was very nice. I would recommend you just go to your primary doctor or local urgent care.

Contacted Planned Parenthood about STD testing. I was told it was walk in and was given the hours. I came in the next day and was told they were on lunch. ALSO were too busy in the afternoon to take me. I could make an appointment. I drove a half an hour to come to this location. Had she told me yesterday I had to make an appointment, NOT WALK IN... Because that's NOT what it is apparently.. then I would have, however now I am supposed to come back tomorrow and drive another half hour when I need STD testing ASAP !? NEVER come here for any related testing. Go to your local health department. She was rude and not helpful. This is a health related issue. The receptionist was the one who said walk in. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR LOCAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!

Absolutely awful treatment from the receptionist. She needs to be relieved of the job, she is cold and compassionless. Immediately threatened to call the police because I came in upset that I was late and couldn't find the building for an abortion appointment. What a monster.

Very clean office. Got an appointment right away, was seen on time - even with new patient paperwork to be filled out. Staff is friendly and informative.

I've been waiting months now to find out if I have precancerous cells after having the first appointment canceled without reason and never rescheduled, waiting over half an hour despite being on time, and now that I finally did everything on my end, I can't even get test results. I called today at 1:12pm because I was told they'd be ready today. The receptionist at the office didn't even listen to me and told me they wouldn't be ready for another week and hung up after I waited 10 minutes to talk to someone. I found out after the office closed that they left a voice-mail saying they had my results at 12:49pm. I could've gotten them the first time I called today, now I have to agonize over this for another week. This place is horrible.It is now TWO WEEKS and the office will literally not answer their calls. There is no direct line to them, you sit on a hotline with someone that is in another state and they proceed to tell you that they will not answer. I've called 10 times today and still NO answer. The office is OPEN and I am over an hour away and they refuse to give me the results of a cancer screening. Sick.

The three staff members I encountered today were all so kind and helpful when assisting me. They knew I was nervous and took great care aiding to that. Honestly that means so much to me because that is not always the case in the health industry so thank you so much for being lovely and kind!!
