I waited patiently online today at the Delran NJ Shoprite while the cashier an elderly white women (didn't get her name) held a conversation with the customer in front of me. I finished putting my food on the belt, waited some moee and heard all about how she was recently stung by a bee when I remembered I needed spaghetti. I left to get the spaghetti came back the customer was finishing packing her groceries. The cashier was rude yo me and upset because I left when it took me no longer than it did her to finish with the previous customer. She was getting ready to ring up another customer right out of the cart because of course my stuff was on the belt. I asked since I'm back and the previous customer just left can you continue with my order. She declined and preceeded to let the customer who came after me scan her price plus card. This new customer did not just have a few items. She had a cart full of groceries similar to what I had. The cashier was very rude and not expeditious or considerate when it came to me she had no problem making me wait while she talked about her life.

Lately when I come to this store I’ve been getting followed throughout the store. And the AP guy thinks that I don’t see him but I do. I normally use self check out because the lines be long and I can do it myself. The AP guy stood at the front of door and watched me as I checked out. Recently, he locked the door “just in case.” (I wonder why) The irony in this whole scenario is that I used to work here. I’ve never stolen anything in my life. If I don’t have it, I’ll put it back. SMH.

The only reason I have a 5 star is because after 15min of attempting to contact the deli, I was transferred to Paul the manager and he provided top tier customer service! He exhibited excellent communication and management skills. He was amazing!!

I got everything for breakfast and lunch, and then after that, we went to the long line at the checkout because it’s too crowded, so now we changed the shortest checkout next to the nice guy.

The associates are so MISERABLE HERE! not all but alot of them. Today i went to the register after i had everything up there we push the cart on the other side to load the groceries. Once everything was up the cashier EILEEN then accused my fiance and I of trying to steal! She said what's in that bag in the cart HUH? we didn't have any bags at all in our cart!
We work hard for our money and pay for everything ever purchased and to top it off we spend a ton of money at this location. And not only did she accuse us but the entire time she was talking very nasty towards us and even cursing with my two year old daughter right there ! This is the 2nd time we had her and she was nasty first time I didn't complain but this time i refuse!!! something needs to be done with her !
YOU SHOULD NOT HIRE EMPLOYEES THAT CAN'T TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT
REMEMBER WE ARE PAYING YOUR PAY CHECK!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Shoprite in Delran this morning.The associate at the self-checkout seemed unfriendly from the moment we joined the queue.I had a negative experience with a staff member; consequently, I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.I do not intend to return to this establishment. Improved customer service would be appreciated.

This is by far the worst of the Eickhoff shoprites, they have little care about this store as they know the next closest store is also owned by them and their next competitor is significantly farther away. Their prices are above other stores, the service is slow, and good luck dealing with management since they’re all on power trips. If it wasn’t for locational convenience this store wouldn’t survive.

Your store is horrible you need to get with who ever in meat room that 85% groundmeat I got there 2 different times was 80% with 85% lable my burgers looked Like hockey pucks on grill that is WHY I DO NOT WANT 80% you are deceiving customers and charging the higher price at that I wil never be back to delran even tho live riverside I been going cinnaminson store for about 8months yesterday I gave delran another chance FAILED AGAIN I shud turn you into new jerseys consumer thg ripping people off

Shoprite in Delran is great, buy the hot food and salad there.
They just made their vegetable and fruits areas more organized. Huge improvement!
