I walked into the Delran Staples looking for card stock paper and cannon ink cartridges. The area where the items were located were clearly marked and an assistant stepped up and offered his expertise. I needed copies and was quickly directed to the printing coping section given suggestions received my copies paid for the items and given a hardy have a wonderful day and great 4th of July weekend. I left feeling comforting and satisfied at my shopping experience.

Unfortunately we need to wait a lot when we need a special print and the responsible for this area is in brake. Another attendants too much rudes. No one qualified to replace.

Ryan and Ethan were wonderful! They both were very helpful, kind and professional. Ryan provided above and beyond service and taught my grandma and I about shedder maintenance.

called right before 1 PM today, explained my specific thing i needed done regarding photos being printed and they assured me they could handle it. I headed over there immediately and it was a huge waste of my time. the employee had more interest in chatting with a friend after lazily mumbling at me. It took me a minute to figure out he was directing me to self service. Each method of self service required payment to access. The printers required 5 dollar surcharge, the computer requires you to swipe your credit card and be immediately charged per minute to use. I had an issue I couldn't solve at home on my own computer the employee who answered the phone assured me they could assist me. The person working there did not assist me. I wasted like an hour of my afternoon on a sunday, wasted gas and was not helped at all. The person was working the print desk at 1 PM on Sunday and had a beard. Last time i go there for photos to be printed, I'll go to CVS instead. I was ready to pay extra for some sort of help and service, and was willing to pay a premium, this store does not provide that. They direct you to the self service counters and then disappear after mumbling something at you.

Spent over an hour at this store trying to buy a new office chair. I have money from my company to spend but they helped a young lady and completely ignored me. When I asked for help they said they were too busy with packages. They advised if I stay in the furniture area someone will be over. Got tired of waiting for so long to spend money so walked out. Then these stores wonder why people buy online at Amazon rather than in their store.

The team at the printing center is patient and they work very hard. If they make a mistake or if you don’t like the way something turned out, they fix it no questions asked!

I went there this morning at 8:30. There was nobody working at the return desk. This is the second time I tried this staples and just standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me was ridiculous. I'll never go back.

Was waiting in Staples in Delran ,for over 45 minutes. Waited 30 minutes just for the manager to go in the back to get the product that I needed. Three people waiting on me turned me over to someone else and kept on telling me the manager was busy. it turns out the managers name is Valentine when I first came into the store. I was looking for a product and he couldn’t seem to help me online I said forget it. I’ll go to Amazon to buy it.He heard me speaking to the other two gentlemen, that were helping me They told me the manager ,busy all the while he’s behind the counter with the printers talking to people on the phone and waiting on the customers and the second gentleman that was helping me he went to work on the register up frontHere I thought he was in the back with the manager all that time over 25 minutes. when I went to the young man that was at the front registers.I said I thought you were helping me,he said the managers gonna get it, so where is the manager and he pointed to that gentleman Valentine the one I spoke to when I first arrive. He was on the phone when I approached the counter then he put the phone on the counter and told the person to hold on. He went to go check the printer when he was coming back to pick up the phone and I said wait a minute excuse me !II been here waiting before all that phone call .I thought you’re supposed to retrieve my merchandise in the back ,I made my purchase and left customer service with the two young men were very nice . All the time I’m waiting for the manager. He was right there attending other customers and taking phone calls that’s un acceptable and he knew I was asking the other two young boys what happened? I thought you were in the back getting my boxes with the manager unbelievable. unacceptable. I know I was being very patient I waited 25 minutes before I said anything I went there during a slow time No weekend after lunch before dinner approximate 3 o’clock.

Why are the employees so slow ? I had somebody scan 3 items for an amazon return. It took 10-15 minutes of slowly scanning and packing the returns while starring at something far away … literally moving like the dmv sloth
