Spent over an hour at this store trying to buy a new office chair. I have money from my company to spend but they helped a young lady and completely ignored me. When I asked for help they said they were too busy with packages. They advised if I stay in the furniture area someone will be over. Got tired of waiting for so long to spend money so walked out. Then these stores wonder why people buy online at Amazon rather than in their store.

The team at the printing center is patient and they work very hard. If they make a mistake or if you don’t like the way something turned out, they fix it no questions asked!

I went there this morning at 8:30. There was nobody working at the return desk. This is the second time I tried this staples and just standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge me was ridiculous. I'll never go back.

Was waiting in Staples in Delran ,for over 45 minutes. Waited 30 minutes just for the manager to go in the back to get the product that I needed. Three people waiting on me turned me over to someone else and kept on telling me the manager was busy. it turns out the managers name is Valentine when I first came into the store. I was looking for a product and he couldn’t seem to help me online I said forget it. I’ll go to Amazon to buy it.He heard me speaking to the other two gentlemen, that were helping me They told me the manager ,busy all the while he’s behind the counter with the printers talking to people on the phone and waiting on the customers and the second gentleman that was helping me he went to work on the register up frontHere I thought he was in the back with the manager all that time over 25 minutes. when I went to the young man that was at the front registers.I said I thought you were helping me,he said the managers gonna get it, so where is the manager and he pointed to that gentleman Valentine the one I spoke to when I first arrive. He was on the phone when I approached the counter then he put the phone on the counter and told the person to hold on. He went to go check the printer when he was coming back to pick up the phone and I said wait a minute excuse me !II been here waiting before all that phone call .I thought you’re supposed to retrieve my merchandise in the back ,I made my purchase and left customer service with the two young men were very nice . All the time I’m waiting for the manager. He was right there attending other customers and taking phone calls that’s un acceptable and he knew I was asking the other two young boys what happened? I thought you were in the back getting my boxes with the manager unbelievable. unacceptable. I know I was being very patient I waited 25 minutes before I said anything I went there during a slow time No weekend after lunch before dinner approximate 3 o’clock.

Why are the employees so slow ? I had somebody scan 3 items for an amazon return. It took 10-15 minutes of slowly scanning and packing the returns while starring at something far away … literally moving like the dmv sloth

Went to the copier and I set it to make 2sided copy and it only did one side and changed the credit card for the 2sided 10 copies and asked for the manager worker stated manager was out front never did get the manager

Awwww!!!! Paul is the reason why I'm giving Staples in Delran, New Jersey a 5+ Star rating!!!!! He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, VERY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY and, RESOURCEFUL too!!!!! NOT ONLY did I take photos but, I also brought items from Staples for Chef SUMMER and Chef RJ too!!!! NOW, I have to go somewhere to buy something for Chef RAH too! I went to Staples early this morning to purchase a tax program, was in line and watches Paul assist a customer with so much patience who thought she owed Staples 0.78 cents for taxes for something she loved and purchased online. Paul politely assisted this customer with so much grace and she way off and on her super satisfied with the help and service Paul gave her! I was SUPER IMPRESSED with the service that Paul displayed to the other customer and to myself that I returned a few hours later to take photos and write a review on this Staples! THANK YOU Paul for doing an EXCELLENT job!!! I do recommend this Staples location to my family, friends and, now the World too!!!!

I sent package through ups next business day delivery but didn’t find I tracked that they say label created not send talk with manager he didn’t care that’s original legal document I am scare now what should I do now?

Printing department is horrible.Employees are really slow. Waited there for 1 hr to get label print. They don’t know what they are doing.

Waited for 30 minutes and the guy tells me they can't print out blue prints because they are short on staff...this is the second time this has happened at the Delran location. The printer prints the blue prints all they have to do is roll them up!!!
