I was offered a job here last month, im glad I didn’t take the position, my boyfriend went there yesterday to pay his bill, and get a new screen protector. He was treated disrespectfuly by the female manager who wiped his phone with her sleeve to put the new protector on, when he said something she gave him an attitude saying I know my job.T mobile needs to get it together

People in this store know very little about phones and they lie saying they don't have what you want in stock so they can sell you a more expensive phone just like everything else these days just inking down hill t-mobile used to be good service and it's been getting worse and worse because of too many people flooding the system and we are paying for these new people coming to this country they get better deals than we do go figure what a country we live in well what a world

Assistant manger was the worse. Asking too much questions about peoples personal business. He couldn’t even help us because he doesn’t know anything about sprint. How can you be a manger if you don’t know how to do both phone companies. He was talking about work drama right in front of us customers. He was the worse.

Mike C was super helpful with my issues I was having and was able to get everything sorted out for me. Staff at the location is super friendly. I've noticed though that the customer support we had to get in touch with on the other hand wasn't well trained. The branch staff was patient and tried their best, however, I can see how other customers might get frustrated especially since it took 2 hours to resolve these issues. This is something that the company needs to work on, but it doesn't reflect the branch location on their performance.

Store hours on google say the store would be open to 8pm tonight. A family member called earlier and they said they were open until 10pm. I showed up at 6:20pm and the doors were locked. Someone came to the door and wouldn’t open it at first. After a minute he opened up the door and asked what we wanted while two other employees stood at the counter. We said we needed to make add someone to the phone plan. He responded “the door is locked and we’re closed”. We stated the times we saw and were told for operation and he said “no; we are closed”. Who closes at 6:20pm on a Wednesday?

Arrived at the Delran location tonight at 6:20 pm and the doors were locked. 3 employees inside just standing there doing nothing. One named Mook came to the door and said they were closed. I told him I called earlier and he told me they closed at 10 pm. There was also another customer trying to get In and we were all turned away. Mook said well we already closed the doors so we're closed. Unprofessional and I will go back tomorrow and speak with their manager named Genesis !!

My wife and I upgraded our phones, We were Sprint holdouts. This satellite location is a full service store. It's small, but you can get the same level of service as you would from a bigger T-Mobile location. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. We were able to order our new phones, when the phones arrived, we were contacted. We came to the store, completed our order process and get our questions answered. My wife and I didn't have any negative experiences here. I saw some negative comments from other reviewers, no issues during our two visits. I like the convenience of having a T-Mobile store so close to My home.

BUYER BEWARE - THE MANAGER LIESI WENT TO THIS STORE AND PAID OFF A DEVICE THAT WAS LOST/STOLEN, IN CASH. I FINANCED THE NEW IPHONE 12 PRO, AND WAS TOLD BY THE ASSOCIATE TO PICK OUT A FREE CASE AND THEY WOULD APPLY A SCREEN PROTECTOR. THE MANAGER OVER-SEEN THE PURCHASE AND SAID TO GO WITH THE MORE EXPENSIVE CASE SINCE IT WAS INCLUDED. 4 MONTHS LATER I AM REVIEWING MY BILL AND I SEE THAT I AM MAKING PAYMENTS ON "ACCESSORIES". I CALLED TMOBILE AND THEY CONTACTED THE STORE. THE MANAGER JANIRERA, LIED AND SAID SHE NEVER INCLUDED FREE ACCESSORIES AND REFUSED TO TAKE MY CALL OR SPEAK TO ME DIRECTLY. TMOBILE OFFERED TO PAY OFF MY ACCESSORIES BUT NOT THE AMMOUNT I HAVE ALREADY PAID TOWARDS THEM. THEY ARE CONS. THEY DO ANYTHING FOR A SALE, EVEN HIDE THE FACT THAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR SOMETHING YOU DID NOT APPROVE. I AM LEAVING THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR TMOBILE IN GENERAL. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION IF YOU ARE USING THIS LOCATION!!!
