23 years with TD Bank, given them my money, paying their fees & charges. Used their Zelle account in the app. Scammed for $230, promised a refund & after 2 months now informed me it's not their fault ..... Sorry, you're out $230 nothing we can do for you. Closing all my accounts and transferring funds to Citizens. Much appreciated ?

I went through the drive through and the girl was the absolute worst ! All the years I have been a customer I have never dealt with someone that terrible! She wanted to be funny and take care of all the other cars that pulled up after me. and kept sending my slip back out being a smart a** all the years I been a customer this was the only ignorance I ever dealt with! I couldn't catch her name but she was there at 4.40pm and had long braids.

It would have a five star rating if the bank was open for business after 5pm.In the good old days of Commerce Bank the drive through was open until 8pm.I'm sure I'm not the only person who misses these convenient hours.

Sat in line for about 20 mins and no one moved. Went to another branch. You need more there. One person is not enough. COVID is not huge bring your employees back.

The Delran td is one of the most respectable and professional branches I’ve been to. They stick to the policies. Eddie in particular is one of the more Impressive employees I’ve ever dealt with in any business. The reason he stands out is he comments the validity of my arguments while at the same time abiding by the company policies in place at Td bank. For those reasons I was unsuccessful obtaining the information I needed but it was due to the fact I did not have the proper identification. That is my fault not the branches. They do business the right way at this facility

I waited in parking lot for 40 min. to be waited on. After calling to get inside to take care of banking issue. They claimed I was second in line unreal. So I left to go to Moorestowm branch right when I get to Moorestowm branch they call me. So l gave them a peice of my mind. Besides all that there the rudest branch. They make you feel like your brothering them. Terrible customer service. Never again.

The wait in the drive through is at least 30mins every time the staff other then select few are rude and have no clue what there doing never have i ever gotten good service once!

I understand we have a COVID-19 situation but some of us are still working and have to get money out of the bank I have been sitting in the drive-through line for approximately 15 minutes. I called the main number to confirm that you cannot walk in the bank she said that no you cannot come in the bank and drive through hours start at 9:30 online it says they start at 8:30. The staff can remain safe doing the drive-through but it should be regular hours for drive-through if we can’t go in the bank very frustrating and very inconvenient... & Delran...
