Please do not give yourself the headache of joining this gym!! The employees aren’t helpful, all the care about is a paycheck. If you contact with a concern good luck hearing back from them. Cancelling your membership is a joke, regardless of having a doctors note. I came here with my boyfriend who got yelled at for working out with me from a female manager who said he was “training me”. No, he’s my boyfriend, and you should be allowed to work out with your friends and significant others. She tried getting to to sign up for a personal trainer. Another time my car keys, wallet, water bottle and jacket were taken straight out of the locker room. They say the care about your health and wellness but they just care about the money. Go somewhere else please!!

I signed up for a gym membership when 7 months pregnant. I voiced multiple times to them prior to signing up and even after I signed up my plan was to freeze my membership right before the baby for recovery. I also had a kids club membership for my son. They told me I could not freeze his and to just cancel his AT THE TIME I freeze mine and just resign him up when I return. This plan was talked about multiple times. I froze my membership 2/23 and canceled his AT THE SAME TIME like I was told to do. They still charged me for both memberships on 3/10. Anyone on maternity leave knows those first 2 months are very hard because you have to wait for the state to pay you. This company told me they would refund the money for my membership (WHICH THEY HAVEN’T EVEN THOUGH ITS FROZEN) but that I was SOL for my sons because it charges you an extra month after you cancel. Now first of all, That doesn’t even make sense because the PARENT needs to hold an active gym membership in order for your child to have one. My membership is not active so how can I possibly be charged his when it is physically impossible for him to go. On the aspect that I can’t take him and that they won’t even let me drop him off since my membership is frozen. Also, had the staff told me this and explained this to me I would have canceled his membership a MONTH PRIOR to freezing mine instead of AT THE SAME TIME like I was told to do. Complete advantage taken.I speak for all parents when I tell you that you do not want shady companies watching your children.

Love the woman's section. Took a yoga class for the first time and I loved it so much. Great vibes, instructor was awesome. Can't wait to take the class again. Facility is clean. And staff are kind.

This is a really nice gym, they have something for everyone but the thing I like the most is that they have a women only section with weights, weight machines, treadmills, everything you need really it's like a mini gym inside the gym! I came here with a friend for the first time last weekend and I really liked it here! It really helps me feel a lot more comfortable and less anxious working out! I wish more gyms had this feature!

I rarely give 5 star reviews, but I will in this case to compensate for the more ignorant 1-2 star reviews that have been left. This is SUCH a cool gym ... I've had boujee gym memberships and cheap ones at planet fitness, but this one tops it all. It's not only cheap, but has SO many amenities. A movie cinema with exercise equipment, a kids club to watch over your children while you workout, a women's only studio that women can workout in private, a sauna, massage beds, tanning, monthly body scans, an enormous space with tons of workout equipment and a ton of studios with classes including cycling, Zumba, yoga, etc. The crazy thing is, I'm probably missing something because of how much this gym has to offer. If you need a place that you can feel comfortable working out in while not spending ridiculous amounts of money each month, this place is amazing

This place is my second home!! As a martial arts instructor and candidate for PST-NASM, I find that the variety of classes and times fit my needs. The Women’s Area is Top Tier to give you the privacy while providing a safe space for those seeking solace as newbies or focus as fitness vets! The staff is unmatched and concerns are met! My concern for the cold shower was resolved immediately! While I had one bad experience with one of their trainers (not MT and still there but can’t allow one bad apple to spoil the bunch lol), before that experience, I was on my way to a better physical version of myself. That individual went out of their way to ice me out and was very unprofessional while training me. However, I didn’t allow that experience to ruin my good time and got back on the horse by training with Drayvon, who was amazing at conflict resolution while it was taking place. He’s now the training manager and is well suited for this role as he’s friendly, professional and always is the best of spirits! He doesn’t play favorites and shows love to everyone which are qualities that make for an amazing gym experience!!!

Have been a member at Edge since they opened. Just recently my trainer left to persue her dreams and they are trying to charge me another full month of training even though I won't be using it. They are also threatening to cancel my membership because I refuse to pay it. It doesn't make sense to pay when my trainer left yet I'm still getting stuck with the bill.
