Honestly I hate the self check out at home depot. I do not work for Home Depot so I will not run it's registers. At least Low's always has at least two registers open so just guess where I shop more.

I've been going to Home Depot for years and I prefer it over Lowe's... The staff and customer service personnel are always helpful and friendly... They have a more comfortable feel here than at other stores of this type... I can always find what I need and if I don't see it the employees are usually in the area to ask for help...

Always a problem at this location. The workers don't want to be there and it shows. They attempt to pass their misery onto the customers. Lily at customer service is the only saving grace.

I should probably rate with zero stars! I would NOT recommend having a home generator installed thru Home Depot. I had a terrible experience with Home Depot and the contractor Corbin Electrics! My generator was not installed by the contracts deadline, unauthorized transactions processed on my credit card and after deciding to cancel my full deposit was never returned to me. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS GIANT!!!

Home Depot has treated me in the worst way. I purchased a washer and dryer set 3 WEEKS AGO, with the promise that it would be delivered 2 WEEKS from then on Monday. Sunday night no call to tell me a delivery window. I call that night and am told it is rescheduled to the following Thurday with no explanation why. I call the Home Depot in Sicklerville, New Jersey. where I purchased the item, ask to speak to a manager. I am connected to someone who says " I have a manager's phone, but I'm not a manager. Try again!" As he's laughing and then hangs up on me. I drive to the store and ask to speak to a manager. 20 MINUTES of people calling on the store intercom and raidos, Lisa a manager comes up. She looks in the system and tells me she doesn't know why my delivery was rescheduled, but that " I promise you first thing Monday when the warehouse opens at 8am, I'll call them and call you with what I find out." I leave feeling like everything will be taken care of. She looked me in the eye and promised me that she will handle it. Tuesday, Wednesday, here we are its Thursday I get a call from somone at the warehouse saying my delivery has been once again, rescheduled because the truck broke down. So now I again head back to the store. I find Lisa. I ask her why she promised me she would give me a phone call and let me know what's going on but never did. Her reply " Well I gave it to Cheryl, she should have called you." Cheryl? So after Lisa getting loud and arguing with me about the fact that since she told Cheryl about it, it's no longer her problem. I asked to speak to Cheryl. Cheryl tells me it is scheduled for Saturday and that's it. I asked her " Well can you callthe warehouse Saturday morning and make sure I'll get the products I bought?" "No!" She replies, " I don't work Saturdays!" "Can you see if somone who does work Saturdays can do it? I have been promised and let down alot by you guys already." With a sarcastic tone she replies "Well I can give it to someone in appliances and maybe they'll do it I guess."

Just did our curbside pickup for a brand new Weber Spirit Grill. We had no idea it would be fully assembled-we didn't have a vehicle to support that. We had concerns that we had paid full price for a floor model, but were assured that "this is how they come". We had to take parts off to get it in our SUV. We get home to realize that it is dusty, dirty and has bird poop on it. We are unhappy that we didn't at least get a floor model discount. The order was placed online for curbside pick-up. I contacted CS by text and she said that: "Because these orders are placed through the store with the store's inventory I am unable to make any changes to the order on my end. The only way a markdown or return can be made on these types of orders is through the store. I do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused."

They followed me around like I was stealing I had 3 employees kept walking behind me like I was stealing when I have money to buy what I need. i will never return to that store again..

The staff here are always helpful & friendly. They all try their best to help get what is needed. This is my favorite Home Depot to work with.

The staff do not wear their masks at Delran nj. 3 employees in just the entrance area. 1 completely off and asked if we needed assistance. 2 well below their fat noses. I left ASAP

Needed a brush hog for a job. Thankfully Home Depot in Delran rent these. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helped me get In-N-Out out quickly. On the job site the machine worked perfectly and helped us get through the project quickly.
