“Steve is amazing. If you are reading this and need a tow, save yourself some time and just call Steve now. He got to our house within 30 minutes of calling. My Acura would not start/budge and it was wedged into our driveway on a narrow street in Elkins Park with the steering wheel AND the electronic emergency brake locked with some electronic failure issue. I really did not think it was possible to get that car up on to his flatbed but somehow he worked a miracle and figured it out, and took exceptionally good care of of the car, both loading it and carefully unloading it at the dealer. A fair price and he made the whole experience less stressful. I highly recommend!!”

“I ran over a snowbank earlier this year after Winter Storm Fern.
Caliber managed to fix my splash shield and washer fluid tank while saving me a couple hundred bucks in the process. I appreciated how accommodating they were and how friendly the staff was as well since I was able to put a deposit down for my parts and still drive my car and nail down exactly what I wanted done which was fixed to the letter.

Always had issues not resolved My father-in-law told me about jann's so The time I had an issue would have check engine light I took it here very honest people I had bodywork done and check engine light was on then must have forgot to plug in my bag light and my intake hose he took care of that for me for a very low cost I will be going here all the time for anything very professional and very honest”

His crew and him made sure that the Durango was repaired and professionally fixed before he would even release it to me. He is more than a professional, he cares and treats you like family. Kudos for making me and my husband relieved that the vehicle he needs for his disability was able to be fixed.. See before and after photos.
P.s. this is the second time that my Durango got hit on parked in front of the house in the matter of 3 years.
They also did the repairs the first time it was hit head on and also repairs on my Jeep Liberty when I had it.”
