Experience in the store was fine during my phone upgrade, went home to find my plan was upgraded & apple one was added essentially tripling my monthly cost for my phone bill. If you’d like a smooth in store experience but a surprise higher monthly bill that you’ll have to call Verizon about to this is the place for you. I’d recommend going else where .

Went into the store today to upgrade my old iPhone — Wayne K. made it a super easy & smooth process and even gave me some helpful tips on things like battery management etc. that I would’ve had no idea about otherwise. Saved me some money too. Genuinely a nice guy, thanks Wayne !

I was a customer for Verizon wireless for over 30 years and that time I served various positions in the executive business development of corporate 500 Companies. Also with state government after my retirement my bill was still $90+ a month for a single line usage cell phone. They lost me as a customer. I asked if there was any discounts they could offer me since I was over 65 and also a veteran I want to T-Mobile and I've been the happiest since great company great prices.

Wow! It was time for an upgrade, so we went to this Delran location because I had heard all good things, previously. Well, thank you, Wayne Keehner! You are phenomenal at what you do! You took such good care of us and made what could have been a stressful morning, quite tolerable. You are kind, professional, and efficient! I can't imagine ever going anywhere else! We appreciate you!

I recently upgraded a phone and opened a new line at Verizon in Delran. Wayne was really informative and helped me get the best deal for my family. He took his time to walk me through everything!

Store manager, Wayne Keehner helped me when the Moorestown nj store sent me out of the store telling me i could easily set up my phone myself. After I left I had my old phone and new phone both had no service so I was left with no usable phone. I stopped at Delran store and Wayne called tech and helped me. He was wonderful. He took his time and fixed a problem that was not even his to fix.

Shout out to Wayne, he was absolutely amazing, he helped find deals I didn't see online to upgrade my busted phone at a very reasonable deal, I highly recommend this location, they truly are looking out for their customers and care about your needs!

Wayne, the store manager was so helpful and really turned my day around. I came in stressed about a broken phone right before an upcoming trip and he laid out my options very clearly and helped me make a smart decision. Im grateful the store is open til 8 as well because it makes for coming after work hours a lot easier. Thanks Wayne!

This was the best experience with a phone company I had ever had. Wayne, the store manager was incredible. Even with unforeseen circumstances, he still managed to get me in and was able to help me open a new plan with Verizon. He made sure I was taken care of and got me everything that I specifically needed. If you go to this Verizon, definitely ask for Wayne. His hospitality and knowledge about services was spectacular. He went above and beyond! I hope all verizon stores has a person like Wayne at their store!

Been waiting a well over a month just to switch my personal number over to business. Simple task. Kevin Simpson and the 800 company they use has completely wasted my time, money and credit as I'm currently late on my bill for a service I don't even have yet. Will be in contact with every supervisor possible to make sure you aren't able to treat customers like this again.
