This store is not a real ATT store. Beware, when buying a new phone I was switched from a $67 plan for my I pad and phone to one costing over $110. ATT made good on the fraud committed by the store. Always go to a real ATT store. Avoid this place.

Eric Weinstein was a great help today, was able to fix the issue I had with billing, merging a family account, and cellular connection issue on new devices. The issues were complex that we had to contact corporate, and he helped me and my wife and kids through the entire process. Even if Eric isn’t able to fix the issue himself, he will make sure that he helps you through the process to get their problems resolved.

I recently dropped the phone and his remedy was to sell me a new line. After a visit to Apple it was repaired for a mere $29. This was a attempt to only gain more sales and commissions.

I’ve been with ATT for over a decade. I went in 9/1 to trade in my paid-off phone for a new one. A store associate mentioned he could lower my monthly bill. I said okay, thinking my plan was out of date or something simple. I leave with my new phone thinking nothing of it all. Then my bill comes around, come to find out he opened an additional line under my account, with my name, that I didn’t ask for or know about. This increased my total monthly bill. I’m aware that adding additional lines can lower each lines monthly charges, but it was never explained what he was doing and I pay for the entire family bill so I would have never agreed to this. It’s now almost December and there is still no resolution. I tried working with the store manager. I was told for 4-5 weeks she doesn’t know anything yet and I should be hearing from her super. I haven’t heard a word and she stopped returning my calls. I’ve been working with ATT Loyalty to fix this. Pretty disappointed in this store and how sneaky the associate was and careless the manager has been.

Questionable work being done at this location - I read the review posted 2 months ago by Jessica M. and found I had a similar situation - hence my review.Dropped my DirecTV service and moved to DirecTV Streaming - this was done via the Sales Team at the Denville, NJ AT&T store. At the time of change over (July 13, 2023) I asked about the DTV equipment - the store manager Jude informed me that I could bring it in to his store and they would handle the return.On July 15, 2023 I returned the equipment to Jude, Eric and Piero - Eric took it from me and brought into the back storage room. I was told that my AT&T record was updated to show this return and that I needed to contact DTV to cancel the service.DTV informed me that I needed to ship the equipment back to them, I informed them that the AT&T team took the equipment and they would handle the return. DTV asked that I check with them to ensure shipment. I returned to the AT&T store on July 19, 2023 and the Eric advised that the equipment was being returned "shipment goes out once a week".On August 21, 2023 I received a letter from DTV asking for my equipment, I informed them that AT&T Denville, NJ had it and it was shipped in late July - DTV stated nothing had been returned and that I should contact the AT&T store.On Aug 22, 2023 I returned to the AT&T Denville store and met with Eric and Piero who told me that there has been a management change and they have no idea where the equipment is or if it was shipped - they both remember me bring in the equipment and taking it from me. Eric told me that he would speak with his manager Brittany and that I should return the next day -- I returned today (Aug 23, 2023)and met with Eric, Piero and Brittany. They have no idea where the equipment is and again stated that the equipment was returned under the former/dismissed manager Jude so the problem is not theirs but mine!I asked for a letter stating that they took ownership from me on 7/15/23 and that they are responsible for the missing equipment and any charges for said equipment.They refused - I was told THAT I NEEDED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO GET THIS RESOLVED. When I stated that this was unbelievable poor service on their part all I got in reply was the shrugging of shoulders by the store manager.I contacted the BBB who put me in touch with DirecTV - they apologized for AT&T problem and have cleared my account - still nothing from the AT&T Store.I would like to note that I am a retired AT&T employee (37 years) and I am concerned that this is how AT&T is represented in the Morris County area - Be careful at this location!

I have had pretty much every iPhone since the first in 2007. I have a family plan with 5 lines and have been with AT&T for longer than I can remember. Eric was the salesperson who helped me get 2 new 14 Pro Max’s for my som and myself. There was an issue with my new phone activating from multiple tries possible. Eric stayed beyond his working hours until my phone was working perfectly with a complete transfer of all my info. The other two sales persons also stepped in and tried to help. They all went above and beyond after many hours to make myself and my son very happy. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Eric!

Eric Weinstein was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We went in to upgrade one of our phones and he was able to do both upgrades and changes to our account quickly, easily and for a not as expensive as we were thinking. Overall I’d recommend this location and seeing Eric for your needs.

Jude, the AT&T Denville manager is amazing. He was taking care of 3 customers simultaneously, with a smile and professionalism, never leaving anyone feeling unattended. I know that sounds impossible, but it was the most pleasant and efficient interaction I have ever had regarding my IPhone, including at Apple. I went from feeling despair over my totally dead phone to a very happy customer with a Iphone14 pro when I left, with everything synched and operating perfectly. Jude was equally adept in helping me choose the perfect phone case, and bundling items I needed to save money. I will definitely come back to AT&T Denville and recommend to others, as long as Jude is there!

Never ever had an experience like this in my life. I am taking my concerns up with corporate. The manager JUDE absolutely robbed me and my husband. He charged us 3 activation fees and we’ve been back to the store to try and cancel our service and get a refund and they refuse to help us. The salesmen actually laughed in our face today when we asked to talk to the manager stating he was in the back and refused to see costumers. I really feel that they robbed us and kept the money for themselves. I called NJ 12 news today and they told me if I don’t resolve in the next week they will reach out on my behalf and do a story on the store. Unbelievable have never been treated this way before.

Shannon an associate at the Denville store was awesome in helping me with regard to what I thought was my lost cell phone. ATT kept blocking my number. Over and over again. Through timeless patience and lots of company telephone calls my phone is finally unblocked. She was patient and cheerful. A terrific addition to their staff. She deserves a raise!!!
