“Where do I begin? I picked up a project 07 Monte Carlo ss that I knew needed a transmission rebuild. Rob was very familiar with the parts that needed to be upgraded in the 4t65e which is prone to failing in these cars and gave me a very fair price on all the work they did. They changed several axles and mounts which all needed to be fixed as well and were very diligent with their work. The result is the car is the car is running like a brand new 07 ss and shifting very smooth in all gears. Puts a huge smile on my face every time I drive it. “If I could give six stars I would. First of all they do excellent work But most importantly I needed it back by a specific date And they came through. A tree smashed into my truck And Destroyed half the bed in the front Fender and Hood. You can't even tell it was damaged after they got done. They have even washed and waxed the entire vehicle before giving it back to me. Special thanks to Paul for putting up with me calling every once in awhile checking in on it and he was always friendly and professional”

“The staff was friendly as always, which is why I’ve been a loyal customer for years. However, this visit was a bit disappointing. I noticed several yellow and red items on the inspection report only after I had already left, and none of them were mentioned or clearly explained when I followed up.
I also had the 100k service completed while out of town and asked that it be noted, but those same items continue to be flagged at each visit. This makes it unclear whether new issues are being found or if recommendations are based solely on mileage.
It would be helpful to have a clearer review of inspection results and what truly needs attention. I hope this was just a one-time miss.”

“Overall good experience in buying and programming a 2nd keyfob. Nothing above and beyond per se but friendly staff, easy to order, next day appointment, waited an hour to program.
Giving only 4 stars though because $500 for the fob and its programming seems a little outrageous. But it was necessary so I was stuck paying whatever they wanted.”
