They have changed their old staff and replaced with a new ones. Some of them are rude and not gentle while you ask them price or sale related questions. Rude staffers

I brought back a shirt in January to return and was told it was outside the normal policy dates of 60 days and they wouldn’t even give me store credit. I got this shirt for Christmas. Now I have a shirt I can not wear and my Grandmother paid $55 for. I spoke with Chico’s customer service and they sent my complaint to the wrong store. However that store said they would take back my shirt and give me store credit, but the store was too far away from me. It seems other stores have no problem helping me and being understanding.

Literally just ignored at the counter for about ten minutes. Workers walked passed me at least three times while I was standing there. Didn’t greet me, tell me they will be with me shortly. Just acted like I was invisible. I understand being short staffed but just ignoring someone there for service really frustrated me. They were being super attentive to the other customers in the store which made being ignored all the worse.

We met our friends at Chico's last night for margaritas and dinner. It did not disappoint! The margaritas were absolutely delicious, and everything we ate was top-notch quality. I had the quesadillas with chicken and it was cooked perfectly, delicious guacamole on the side and I enjoyed every last bite of it. My husband had steak and it was sizzled to perfection. Our friends had shrimp tacos and they enjoyed their meals as well. Can't wait to go back again!

I gave a negative review several months ago about Chicos at the Shoppes at Union Hill. I received a response to call the 800 number. When I did, the women said she had heard similar comments at chico stores before. She offered me a 15% discount on one item. Ok, how do I use it? She said I would have to buy an item at full price and then call the 800 number to have them adjust the price. Really? I asked if she could email me a coupon to use? No. Then, she said she would check it out and call me back later that day. I never heard from her. Darn, I didn't write her name down.

We are always searching for the perfect Mexican restaurant in the area. This wasn't it. Don't get me wrong....Chico's was ok. I ordered the shrimp fajitas. The shrimp and veggies were decent but very oily. I didn't like the tortilla that accompanied the meal - it was rather bland. The chips and guac were about average. We ordered take out and were told 35 to 40 mins. The order took an hour. I realize places are having hiring issues but if it could take an hour, tell us an hour. I waited inside for 25 mins with NO updates from the staff.

The staff did a great job adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines. Everyone was wearing a mask. They also have great drinks . Everything was extremely fresh and delicious!

Call to check the closing times. I went in at 5:15 and one of the sales clerks rudely yelled,”we’re closing.” I said,”you should change your hours online.” She said,”we can’t, corporate, we have Covid hours now.” Another sales person was very nice and tried to help me. I tried on something I had come to buy, but it was too big So I just left.
