CVS Health is conducting coronavirus testing (COVID-19) in select states. Tests are limited to eligible individuals, and minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The company offers both lab testing and rapid testing, though high demand may cause lab delays. Customers have generally positive experiences with the pharmacy staff at CVS. Mary Beth, a pharmacy employee, is described as a "pleasant," "calm," "nice," and "patient" worker. The pharmacy team is said to be "on their A-game" and helpful, even when the pharmacy gets "pretty crazy." Customers also praise the service they receive at the register and in the overall store. One customer, Gerard Daniel Lyons, received "5 Star help" from the pharmacy and register staff, who answered his questions. Another long-time customer, Sheikh, rates the service as "Excellent," with a "very pleasant and nice" staff and a "new Pharmacist" who is "extremely helpful." The store is described as "well-kept" and "stocked." One customer, who recently switched pharmacies, had an issue with a generic medication and returned to this CVS location. The pharmacist, Clayton, took the time to ensure the customer received the correct medication manufacturer and even helped find a coupon to make the medication more affordable. Overall, CVS Health appears to provide a positive customer experience, particularly in the pharmacy department, with helpful and friendly staff.
I got my prescription there and use some coupons which always saves me some money.

Do not expect that what you order online to be properly delivered. The CVS computer system is abysmal. The system cannot be trusted to deliver what you ordered. The store in Denville, NJ have quite a few empty shelves so I must order online. The last few orders have finally arrived on time.

I would like to thank the ladies working in the pharmacy last night 2/6. They went above and beyond to help get a prescription filled that I needed ASAP as the mail order was lost by post office. Once again thank you very much!
