Fraudulent Operation and Horrible Customer Service
I had a flat tire on my rear left tire and, since Firestone was open on Sunday, I left my car there. They called to say the tire was irreparable due to two punctures and recommended replacing all my tires with expensive Bridgestone ones. Suspicious, I retrieved my car and discovered they had mistakenly inspected the right rear tire, which was fine when I left it. The staff was extremely rude when questioned about their mistake. Later, I found their BBB rating was an F with many similar complaints. Avoid this place at all costs.

ThIs firestone location (Denville, NJ) was great and on point with fixing my problem. The lead mechanic Steve was thorough and saved me a-lot of headache, also money. The advisor who worked the weekend shift (Jun 29th-30th) communication was beyond amazing, just cannot remember his name. He called and informed me of every step and even went as far as to send me visual/audio description of the issue with my vehicle. Thank you all for your help!!

Definitely not friendly. Appointment do not mean anything for them, they are still gonna make you wait as if it were a walk-in

Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to to do business with. Third time I have used this location and they do not disappoint. They understand the value of trying to save the client money where possible and it’s highly appreciated. Keep up the great job!

My experience at Firestone in Denville has been very positive and is because of the great customer service I received from Stephan when purchasing tires and bacteria for my car.

They torqued the lug nuts too tight and sat with the car for two days without doing anything. Both my wheel locks are destroyed now and the wheels won’t come off. These people made my life harder.

I had 4 tires replaced and back brakes serviced. Work was reasonably priced and well done, on time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would go there again.

Had a flat in the area and drove in without an appointment. Stefan took me in relatively quickly and Ryan took care of my flat in a few minutes. Great, fast and friendly service!

Highly recommend! As a young single woman coming in I felt respected and understood. At no point did I feel like my lack of knowledge was being taken advantage of. I was not pressured to fix anything outside of what was necessary.
