Firestone Complete Auto Care of Denville is Outstanding and way better than any other Tire Service Center in the area. Stephan IS The Man, he actually drove his own personal vehicle over to their supplier and pick up a set of 4 Heavy Duty Truck Tires for me just so I wouldn't have to wait. I'm talking about going the extra mile for the sake of customer satisfaction. Nobody does this kind of thing anymore, right? [ or so I thought ]. Needless to say they made a very happy camper outta me today and for that I totally recommend this excellent business.

I work for a car rental agency and the sales manager here or store manager tried to convince us to move our account to this store when we have used the Wykoff location for years. That's just low and shows no morality.

Was in NJ shopping and noticed a cut to my sidewall on a 2022 Acura. The car is leased and needed to replace the tire with the exact tire. Firestone carries Bridgestone so I called around. No one had the tire in stock except the Denville location.I understood I was in a bind and most likely taken advantage of. I asked the other locations of the price and installation price. I called Denville and talked with Scott he was helpful and stated they had one in stock. He never offered to tell me the price, Again I didn’t have much choice so I went there.Scott took all my info asked for the keys of the car and never quoted me a price or stated the installation cost.As I was waiting for my car you could overhear the other salespeople complaining about a mechanic and he never knows what he is doing. Wow complaining loudly with customers present. I am glad I am only getting my tire replaced which there was problems with that as well.My car was ready, and another salesperson handled the transaction again no explanation at all of what was done, how it was replaced, or any talk about balancing the tire or warranty.Before I paid, he could had just turned the screen around and explained what I am paying for. No, he just told me the price and to swipe card. Wow $60 more than the other Firestones in the area. I guess I had it coming I had no choice to go anywhere else.(Management if you think I embellished any part of this review, please review the security cameras.)I left with my new tire and noticed the tire pressure on my tire was 36 PSI. this is the high end of the labeled tire pressure. I am ok with that since it is winter but maybe as a safety precaution the mechanic would have checked the tire pressure in the other tires. (This takes 1 minute and 0 cost) once he would have seen the other tires are on the low end of the manufacture specs he could have either lowered the pressure to match the others or raised the others to match his. But again, did the bare minimum.Overall, this place obviously does not take pride in its work. Even if this was the correct cost of the tire based on my interaction and the staff’s inability to communicate with their customers, I believed I was overcharged on purpose. I would not feel comfortable getting my car repaired there. Especially if the salespeople have no confidence in their mechanics.

IT WAS SUNDAY COLD AND SNOWERY AND I PICKED UP A NAIL IN MY RIGHT FRONT TIRE. MADE IT TO THE STORE IN DENVILE AND THE GUY AT THE COUNTER WAS GREAT. HE SAID, NO PROBLEM WILL GET THAT TIRE FIXED BUT IT WILL BE A BIT OF WAIT AS WE HAVE MANY CARS IN THE SHOP TODAY. I SAID NO PROBLEM AS I WAS SO GLAD HE COULD REPAIR IT TODAY. TWO HOURS LATER I WAS ON MY WAY WITH A REPAIRED TIRE. NOW THAT'S GREAT SERVICE.

Maryanne and the rest of the staff really went above and beyond to help me out!! I'm driving across the country and a piece of metal from a truck slid across the highway at 1am and sliced through the sidewall of one of my tires. I have a very rare tire size and Maryanne was able to find one at another location and had it delivered and installed as soon as possible. I cannot thank her enough for orchestrating the best case scenario first thing in the morning, getting me back on the road when I thought I might be stranded for at least a day or two. Thank you so much!!!

11.27 @ 11.35am made appt. by phone with Firestone Manager Maryanne, for a slow tire leak.She stated it will be 1-2 hrs before they can get to it. I arrived 15 min later., She now said will be ready at 5:30-6:30pm. My wife now has to pick me up.I called Maryanne a few hrs later to add tire rotation since my car will be there for the rest of the day. I p/u my car at approx 6:30pm from Shamani. (A very nice and polite young man).He Explained your free tire rotation was done even though it's not on your paperwork. I said the paperwork is still needed for warranty proof.Shamami said I understand that, but they all went home.I said I don't know what you mean by that? Shamani said your rotation was added later(something about the ticket) . We brought your car back in and I don't know how to add it to your paperwork.Call tomorrow,it will be added.I called Maryanne the next day explaining what Shamani asked me to do.She said,can't get you in till 12.04 Mon.I said,I only need the paperwork.Are you saying the rotation never got done? She only said, is this time good for you?On 12.04 while checking in I asked Maryann again about the rotation on 11.27.Apparently not she said.Of Course this was disturbing to me .I then asked her to add wheel alignment to the rotation.She said it was done this past Sept. Are you sure about that I asked? She said yes,I'm looking at your account. After the tire rotation appointment on 12.04, I checked my firestone file and found no work had been done on my car since the tires were purchased 09.11.22.I also checked my wife's car, and had NO work since May of this year. Called Maryanne immediately. She said ok,come in 12.06.for alignment.I said I'm tired of these unnecessary trips.Where are you getting your information?.She said sorry, see you Wednesday. Now on 12.06 after I was told my car was now ready by Maryanne she then answers the phone. Now I see Shamai at the other podem. (Like I said earlier, He is a very nice, polite young gentleman) I I explained to Shamani what happened when I asked Maryanne for the tire rotation paperwork. With a shocked and sincere look on his face he said no no no .That is Not true Sir! I swear to you Sir! We did your tire rotation! Your car was brought back into the garage I swear to you. Sir! Now Shamani with a puzzled look on his face said,this means with this 2nd tire rotation, your wheel formation is now back to where it originally started.I walked over to Maryanne and called Shamani over. I said, tell her what you just told me.We did his tire rotation. I'm not lying.Now it's been done twice.Maryanne said No you didn't! Shamani said, I'm not lying, I'm not lying!! This time Maryanne got very close to his face and raised her voice and said NO YOU DIDN'T! Shamani now has a scared look while tucking his lips into his mouth. I said what the heck is going on here?This kid is telling the truth! I believed him.Again I asked what was going on here? With her head she motioned Shamani back to where 2 gentlemen were also teaching him on the computer.I turned and left p/off and wondered how this person could be a mgr.I went home,retrieved my FS paperwork,then met & explained what had happened with our local mechanics. They are the best around.(this place doesn't do wheel alignments) They also noticed the mgr made suggestions as to what work my car should have,but never suggested a wheel balance.The owner and mechanics agreed, based on what happened to me at Firestone and the FS paperwork they looked at,I will need another tire rotation(wheel formation issue) along with a wheel balance.FWI: per Firestone Corporate office in Nashville.Although you bought your tires from Firestone you can service them with any reputibe service place for warranty purposes, providing all is documented.

I brought my car in for wheel balance due to vibrations after putting on my winter set of wheels. After the service I still experienced vibration. I called back immediately and was told they did everything they could do and said maybe the issues were the tires or brakes. I explained the tires were less than 2 years old, and my brakes were replaced last year. I was then told I would get a call back and have not heard back again. I will call back and if still no offer to rectify the situation I will report to HQ.

Even though Firestone was unable to fix my problem when the check engine light came on, they were able to diagnose it for me. They carefully explained what the problem was, providing me with a print out showing this was a known issue with Ford cars. I was advised this should be under warranty (it is), and was directed to bring the car to a Ford dealership ASAP. I can always trust their diagnoses of a problem. I have never had a problem with any repair they have done for me. They are very honest, and always carefully explain what needs to be done and why. They make it clear if a repair needs to be done immediately, or can wait. They are very patient and respectful of any questions or concerns I may have. They follow up on any concerns and make sure I have a full underestanding. I trust them completely!
