When you walk in to the moment you walk out, it is very professional, the customer service is outstanding. Wide selection, many options no forced purchasing. I do not believe they are on commission. Of all the men’s clothing store I have been in,
this is tops not like they’re competitor, which is very high-pressure and rude.

Came to NJ from out of town for an induction to a high school athletic Hall of Fame. 90 minutes before the ceremony, my husband tried to dress, only to find he accidentally brought the wrong suit, one that no longer fit him. We found that a Jos A. Bank was located between our hotel and the venue. We called to ask if we could get a suit within 30-40 minutes. We were told yes!. We dashed to the store and were greeted by Alex, who had answered our phone inquiry. He moved calmly and confidently around the store. Brought a beautiful, comfy jacket and pants into the dressing room. 37 minutes later, my husband left the store dressed for the ceremony. He felt good and ready to enjoy the day. We made it to the venue on time and at peace, in large part to the calm and professional demeanor of Alex. Thank you!!!

Absolutely outstanding experience at Jos. A. Bank in Denville, NJ, and I can’t recommend this location highly enough—especially if you're getting ready for a big event like your wedding.
I stopped in for my official wedding fitting this past weekend, and from the moment my fiancée, my father, her father, and I walked through the doors, we were warmly welcomed like family. We were almost immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly and professional employee named John, who truly went above and beyond throughout the entire experience.
To give a little context, I had actually come in during a previous visit where I had already selected my wedding suit—a Powder Blue Linen Suit—which I absolutely love and can’t wait to wear on the big day in July. That earlier visit was with the store manager Pete, who deserves a massive shoutout as well. Pete was the one who got this whole process started and set the tone for what would become an exceptional experience. He was outgoing, down-to-earth, and treated me like more than just a customer. He was honest, patient, understanding, and truly cared about helping me find the right look. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people feel their best, and that energy carried through the whole store—even on the day he wasn’t there.
Back to the most recent visit: John had no problem pulling up my reservation and group code right away. Everything was incredibly organized, which took all the stress out of the process. From there, he walked us through every step—confirming measurements, reviewing the suit details, and helping coordinate shirts, ties, and accessories. He offered honest and thoughtful advice, gave suggestions I hadn’t considered, and most importantly—he made the entire experience feel fun. We shared some good laughs, and John’s upbeat personality made what could’ve been a stressful task feel more like hanging out with a friend who happens to have a great sense of style.
What really impressed me was how much care he put into making sure both my father and my fiancée’s father were comfortable and confident in their suit choices as well. He asked questions, listened to what they liked, and made sure they were happy with their selections. Watching him work with each of us individually showed just how much pride he takes in his work—and it made a huge difference.
John is the kind of employee every store dreams of having. He's knowledgeable, personable, and truly goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is unforgettable. And Pete, though he wasn’t there that day, absolutely laid the groundwork for all of this with his incredible customer service and attention to detail from the very beginning.
If you're preparing for a wedding or any major event and want to look your best without feeling overwhelmed, do yourself a favor and visit Jos. A. Bank in Denville. Ask for John and give Pete some recognition if he’s there too—they are truly top-notch professionals who care deeply about their customers and make the whole experience a breeze. I purchased a suit from the Denville, NJ location two weeks ago and picked it up on Monday night. After trying it on, I noticed two issues with both the suit and the shirt, which I understand can happen with any clothing store.
However, what really concerned me was the behavior of one of the staff members at the store. I don’t know his name, but he had a beard. He was rude and disrespectful to my father today. My father doesn’t speak English, so he handed him the phone to communicate, and during the exchange, the staff member began yelling at him, insisting there was nothing wrong with the suit. His tone and attitude came across as discriminatory and inappropriate.
I will not be returning to that store, and I want this complaint to be escalated to corporate. No one should be treated this way.

Peter was my salesman/salesperson. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time making sure I was shown all options for my suit and that I was pleased with how it all looked. I will recommend him to people I know and I will return to buy more clothing from him.
