Needed an MRI of my hand. The last place that I had it done was no longer doing extremity MRI's. A few of the imaging places that I contacted refused me because I am a wheelchair user (paraplegic) and I can not transfer from my wheelchair on my own. They would not offer any help. I am an old dinosaur, far from being in good health and I could not rely on my friends because they're in even worse shape than me. After searching the internet, I came across ImageCare in Denville, NJ. My first contact was with Lisa who is the sweetest, accommodating person that I've come across in a long time. I explained my situation to her and she said "let me see what I can do and I'll get back to you" A little while later, Lisa called me and said that in order for ImageCare to help me, she would tell the owners, Mike and his son Brian about my situation. After Lisa spoke to Mike and Brian, they agreed that I was going to get that MRI. I made an appointment for 3/2/21 and when I showed up, Mike and Brian were waiting there and the both of them picked me up out of my wheelchair and placed me on the non metallic chair in the MRI room. They struggled a little because you have to keep in mind that I am NOT a lightweight, but they got me in that chair. I met Laura the MRI tech who further reassured me and made me feel comfortable. After the procedure was done, Mike and Brian got me back into my wheelchair. You have to keep in mind that they didn't have to do what they did, but they did. Most people go into business to make money. I'm sure that Mike and his son Brian also did the same. However Mike and Brian are a little extra special because they were willing to help someone in need and less fortunate than others. I salute ImageCare with my Thanks to Lisa, Laura, Mike and Brian.. God bless these guys, they're good people.

Excellent location, I needed as ct scan and making an appointment was extremely easy. I was seen within ten minutes of my scheduled time and the procedure was fast. Office is extremely clean and staff is friendly and professional.

Excellent choice for X-Rays/MRIs. Friendly/accommodating staff, fast appointments, and clean location. Nish the X-Ray technician is a superstar. Easy to work with, attentive, and able to answer all my questions. You could tell he really enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work

Today I have an MRI. It was open and the technician was Corinne. I have always used in the diagnostics for all my x-rays and diagnostic tests. I think they are the best in the area and always provide outstanding service. The place is immaculate and they have the latest equipment. My open MRI was a piece a cake. I was made very comfortable lying on a spongy type of fabric under my back which is a problem. They were very loud noises from the machine but I was given earplugs to keep me comfortable. I would highly recommend Denville Diagnostics to my friends and anybody who might need a test done in a professional easy way. I really dread having an MRI and it was nothing at all. I am pleased to write this review for such a great company

Nobody likes getting poked with needles but it's always nice to know you can get in and out of this Med Labs Diagnostics without having to wait on tremendously long lines. You could even say that waiting in ridiculously long lines is the hardest part of dealing with these kind of Laboratories. Here I was dealt with quickly and painlessly by a very friendly Phlebotomist. I'm definitely going to return here in the future for all my Diagnostic needs. The Lab is located in Suite 311 on the third floor, best of luck to you.

I was very nervous as I entered Denville Diagnostic because I had already been at the doctors for hours and I just wanted some answers. From the moment I walked in till the moment I left the ladies in the front and Amber went above and beyond to accommodate me. The tech I needed was not in and they were so nice about it when they could see I was nervous and upset. They called their other location and made sure I would be seen as soon as I got there and even made sure i had the correct paper work! It was a very pleasant Experience and I know where I will be going back again the next time I need something done!

Front office and docs were absolutely great. Very accommodating - quick and easy. Highly professional and respectful. I needed x-ray and MRI very quick and they were great. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very easy to get an appointment and staff was friendly over the phone. Came in 15 minutes early and completed paperwork, and they called me in with no additional wait time. It was my first time here and although I didn't feel anxious, I ended up having a bit of an anxiety attack and almost passed out a couple times. The tech was so kind and patient with me and let me take my time breathing and getting myself calm. She was very reassuring and that made me feel better. The procedure was quick and painless and I felt secure that she knew what she was doing. The office was clean and comfortable. Overall a great experience other than my own nerves getting the best of me!
