How is it possible that you can place an order of a single item for pickup the day before, and it STILL not be ready for pickup by 4pm the next day? Canceled my order & will be going to Ulta to pick it up instead.

Don’t appreciate being watched as if I’m going to steal. A man that works there kept following me around the whole store and pretending to look busy. He was right behind me the whole time. I wasn’t doing anything just looking around and trying to find myself a birthday present. I bought nothing and left. I understand theft is very common. I’ve worked in retail and I know how it is. But I wasn’t doing anything suspicious to even warrant that.

Had such a lovely experience here! First time at this location, I had to make an exchange for a wrong colored foundation. Julian (I believe that was his name.) helped me pick out a different foundation that matched me better. He was super friendly and helpful! The blonde girl at checkout was also very pleasant. Highly recommend this location, very clean and professional.

Showed up like 15 minutes before close, requested mascara with no oil in it for my lash extensions, and Gabby saved my life. Found me three options in as many minutes, and I was out by 6:53. Thank you!!

Kayla was wonderful she was very approachable. I really think she should be the first face you see when walking into Sephora . Everyone else there besides the male employee that approached me generously thank you for that, was very not approachable. They did not greet me at the door. ( when they were standing at the front of the door)” nor did they smile or say “Welcome to Sephora, please let us know if you need anything “ … it’s a Sunday I get it but I got mean girl vibes . I spent $300 that day and Kayla was so helpful and sweet! Thanks again for matching me perfectly!!

Missy Is an exceptional worker and with amazing knowledge when it comes to makeup and skin care! Everytime you walk in you can tell how happy she is to help others, she helped me find exactly what I needed and what worked best on my skin . Horrible experience, there was a rude employee there. No one asks if you need assistance, checking out, the cashier seemed annoyed didn’t even care to let me know about my points if I wanted to redeem them. The Sephora in Ledgewood is 100 times better, their customer service there is phenomenal. I don’t know why Denville’s Sephora is not teaching their employees to have better customer service, a smile and pleasantries go a long way.
