I bought a gift card for my wife - she came back frustrated and empty handed. She told me that the customer service was completely unhelpful and she will shop online. If you buy gift cards consider Visa or Mastercard for more options.

Oh wow!! This store has very pricy clothes and really bad customer service. few times I went, the black fat lady is so rude and unprofessional. I’ve heard her curse customers if they bargain for price. Unbelievable!!They don’t deserve stars but in order to write reviews it requires it. ?

I love the store, but there is no longer a good selection in women's sizes, and the stores no longer carry Women's petite, which I need in slacks.

One of my favorite go to places to shop. I love the different size options and the way everything is set up to help you put things together. Kim is a terrific sales person in the Denville location and always goes out of her way to help not only me but anyone else that needs help. She’ll track down a style or size and makes sure you’re happy when you leave. All the other associates there are terrific as well with obviously good management leadership! I’ve shopped in the Chester location also with a similar friendly, helpful staff. Great quality and great service!

I agree other than Lateefah who should be weighed out in gold nuggets, and the blond I dealt with Kathleen? I am giving this 4 stars. Sparta is the place to go or Tice's Farm for "Talbots" service. I am going to try them again, it may have been a bad day. This is Laurie, I am everyone's personal shopper btw. Thanks Talbots, but if you are local and between Sparta or Denville, Either get Lateefah or go to Sparta, Deb is my consultant there.
